Alex is very straightforward, knowledgeable and experienced expert on his work. Please do not be fooled by his unwelcome straight face. He listened to the client’s issue very carefully and executed the work in timely manner. He also explained his finding patiently and fixed the issue in flying color.

Marina HVAC installed a completely new HVAC system at our house, including furnace, AC, and all new ducts in attic. Oleg returned to today to install a new air intake return vent cover because it was on backorder when they did the original installation. Oleg is an incredibly hard worker who does very thorough, high quality work. That is a quality very difficult to find in today's world. I will definitely call Marina HVAC again in the future for heating, air, or duct service.

Marina came to do a pre-summer maintenance check on our air conditioner. The technician, Oleg, was on time, very friendly, and was knowledgeable . The check up was thorough, and was a fair price.

Technician Alex arrived on time, proceeded with excellent skills and efficiency as well as being super accommodating to my requests. I just had Alex come over to fix my Air Conditioner unit’s compressor that was cycling on and off during this heat wave. It was done through my new home warranty, and they he showed up within 48 hours after making the call. He had digital equipment that connected into his iPhone, and was able to diagnose that my system was overcharged and had too much Freon in it. Problem fixed in less than 1/2 hour. Would definitely use them again.

Feedback : The technician sent by the company could not find solution for the problem and for asked for replacement , it was fixed by a different vendor . Need to look for simple solution than asking for replacements as it could be a budget burden for customer and create a negative image of the whole service community.
