I called Fuse Service after noticing warm air coming from the vents, and they got someone out within a few hours. The technician arrived right on time, was super respectful of the space, and walked me through exactly what was wrong - a bad contactor and low refrigerant. He had everything with him and got the system back up and running in under an hour. I really appreciated how honest and straightforward the whole process was. No surprises, just solid service.

Reliable, professional, knowledgeable and on time. I have used their services for 3 years bd they have done a great job every time.

Igor was fantastic. Open, honest, and showed us exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done.

I had a wonderful experience with Fuse Service today. I called them yesterday for a problem with my refrigerator leaking. They determined the problem right away. Unfortunately they did not have the part on hand so they ordered the part and arrived with it today to install the part. The service tech, "Igor" was very nice and professional and repaired the bad part quickly and he was done within minutes. Additionally, the part the company ordered was not exactly correct, so Igor ran to Home Depot and returned with the piece he needed to complete the project. To me that was "over and above".
This is the second time I have used this company because I had such wonderful service previously. I would not hesitate to call them again if I had another issue.
I was glad to hear they have increased their services to heating and air conditioning, and electrical issues as well as appliances.
I would definitely recommend them for service problems.

It was perfect. Igor was thorough in explaining what needed to be done and after they got the parts he was right on it for the appointment and worked quickly and professionally under difficult circumstances with the space to fix he washer and dryer. Thank you for your professionalism .

I don’t normally write a review unless the service was outstanding and a cut above. Hi-Tek Mechanical exemplified this with our AC replacement. Brandon and Christian (and 2 other techs) showed up early, were very conscientious of keeping the area clean and explained next steps throughout the process. The 2 other techs were equally as polite and knowledgeable. I also want to commend Dan for being honest, very punctual on responding, and always giving a great explanation on works best for me. I highly recommend this company and will continue to refer them every chance I can. Great work Hi-Tek!

Had to call their office with some questions and spoke to a lady named Sade, all I can say is what great customer service she has , she was very welcoming and answered all my questions regarding some tax paperwork I needed from years ago , her attitude was great! If only all customer service phone calls went down like this !
