This company did a great job communicating throughout.
Bryan was outstanding. He was professional, polite, and friendly.
He exceeded expectations. Had to order a part and Even came back on the weekend to fix our AC.

Avoid this company if your home warranty assigns them. Don’t waste money on the dispatch fee: it’s a scam. The technician had no clue what he was doing, spent over an hour on the phone, and barely spoke English, so he didn’t even understand the issue. After nearly 90 minutes, his only conclusion was that my system was “weird” and something he had never seen before.
I called a local company instead, and they serviced the unit in just 15 minutes. Their technician laughed at the idea that my system was “weird” it’s a perfectly good unit that only needed a minor service.
Save yourself the frustration and call a reputable local company.

My HVAC blower motor and control board went out. Bryan diagnosed it quickly, ordered the replacement parts, found out I had some warranty items covered and came back as soon as the parts came in to complete the job. I am very happy with Marina HVAC. They do a great job!

Gave me photos of what needed to be replaced (a task out of their protocol). He took me outside to explain my venting problems. Was efficient and knowledgeable. A team I would trust!
