My insurance sent out a company to repair my furnace, they came out 2 times within 2 1/2 months and the furnace still did not work. My insurance then sent out another repair company True North Heating and Air and Fixed it same day

Our Ac was not working and we called Dmitriy. He showed up, checked what was wrong and gave us a fair estimate. He was very responsive to our questions and made sure to answer any questions we had. He didn't nickel and dime us. He stuck with our quote and repaired our AC and leak. I highly recommend using his service for any HVAC work.

Our AC wouldn’t turn on at all, so we chose True North Heating & Air because they were the closest HVAC service to us great park Irvine. Their technician arrived the same day we called and replaced the capacitor (if I’m not mistaken), even though our AC isn’t that old. They also performed maintenance. Dmitriy went out of his way to respond to a AC request of mine. It was late at night and the power to my thermostat went out when I was trying to change it, and thus I was unable to turn on the AC. That being said as soon as he arrived he went straight to work not only fixing the issue but also cleaning up the HVAC system making it safer overall for my family.
