Ali and the people at ARA Heating & Air Conditioning really know what they are doing and was able to consult us so that we don’t spend too much money. They arrived, fixed / installed and were done fast, within the same day. We highly recommend this company for air conditioning and heating repair.

Our Air Conditioner died on us a few weeks ago, right in the middle of a heat wave. I called a bunch of places and got 6-7 quotes, and Ali's prices were the most competitive.

His team arrived exactly on time (730am) and they were all courteous from the beginning. They laid down mats from the front door all the way upstairs to the attic access in the master bedroom closet.

They performed the install, brought a truck in to take away all of the old equipment, and completed the job in about 6 hours. They even rerouted some of the ductwork to make the system more efficient and didn't charge me anything extra. Oh and he included 3 year warranty on the labor, where most of the places I contacted provided 1 year (with a 3-year option at an extra cost).

If I had to go through this again after everything I learned, I still would've gone with ARA. Great people. Thanks Ali!

Really happy with Ali's work. I called him on a Friday afternoon, and within a couple hours he arrived and skillfully replaced the failed condensate pump. He made some improvements with the pump location and safety measures, and was very clean. Overall he did a terrific job. His fee was very reasonable, and we were very thankful to him for doing our repair.

Highly recommend ARA Heating and Air conditioning. Ali and his team are thoughtful, professional, and knowledgeable in their practice. They came to our home and replaced the 30+ year old heating system and A/C unit and my husband and I were are very pleased with the new system.

What I really appreciated was Ali and his team were very considerate by covering the hallway and entry as to not get the floors dirty. They did the job in less than six hours and made sure that the area was clean once they were complete. When they came to give a quote they showed considerate knowledge for what the issues we're with our systems and again showed courtesy by wearing shoes covers when they were in the house.

Ali came promptly upon my call for A/C repair, fixed the problem and was patient with removing and reinstalling the fencing around the A/C unit. I have used ARA multiple times in the past and will use ARA again when the need arises.

We called Ali late on Friday afternoon after 4:30pm. He was able to make time to come get our AC unit back up and running within 2 hours on one of the hottest days of the year. Ali was able to trouble shoot this and was very honest and friendly at a resonable price . We have found our new go to service guy for our AC and heating repair

Old AC unit broke on a hot Saturday. Thought unit may need replacement. Called several local companies. Ali from ARA responded within 2 hours (some others either didn't respond or called on Monday). He came to the house within 30 minutes of the call on a Saturday. He diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. He fixed the AC unit within 30-60 minutes (no replacement necessary). Excellent service. Excellent knowledge. Very pleasant person and very professional. Reasonable price. His company is now in my phone directory in case of any future needs. Do not hesitate to use this company's services. You will be happy you did.

Called ARA after our AC stopped blowing cold air in the middle of a heat wave. They rearranged the schedule to come out first thing the next morning and got it fixed immediately. Super kind & communicative. Highly recommend

I was searching for a reputable hvac company for my neighbor and came across Ara Heating and Air Conditioning. When I read the reviews, I realized that this company was a reliable company. I referred my neighbor to Ara and they raved about his expertise and integrity. My neighbor was told by another company that her hvac had to be replaced. When Ali came to check out the system, he resolved the issue for a reasonable fee!! A very reasonable fee. Fast forward to today. I woke up in a 62° indoor temperature. No heat! I called Ara hvac. Ali came over in less than an hour and was able to resolve the issue, even though my hvac system was one that he generally did not work on!! Again, for a reasonable fee. Could not say enough about TRUSTING this company and Ali. He is punctual, professional, courteous, and most importantly, HONEST!

My a/c unexpectedly went out in my home during this week of extreme heat. A good friend of mine told me to call Ali with Ara A/c. Ali was at my house within two hours and fixed the problem with my unit. This guy was the best and I will be calling him for all future repairs with my a/c and heating. I will also be sharing his number with all of my family and friends because he honest and affordable.

Ali was able to quickly diagnose and fix our air conditioner. Our AC would turn on, but the air temperature was not cool. Ali determined that them outside fan was not returning on because the capacitor was not working. He was able to quickly replace the capacitor and had my AC working in about 30 minutes after he arrived. I highly recommend ARA Heating and Air Conditioning.

I was experiencing cooling issues with my AC, suspecting a faulty capacitor. When I called Ali (got reference through our community group), he promptly scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Impressively, he even proactively reached out in the morning and swiftly replaced the capacitor in no time. Their efficiency and responsiveness were top-notch, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for any future issues.

ARA installed a new air conditioning and heating system for me. He didn't try to sell me a more expensive system because a lesser tonnage unit was what I needed.

Ali, the owner, came and checked out my old system which had stopped working and fixed it but it broke down again. He came back and fixed it again but told me that the system is 39 years old and even the parts are not available anymore. He never tried to sell a new system.

I decided to go for a new system. This was Friday. On Saturday morning, he emailed me a professional and detailed quote with the total price including tax on the very top of the email.

He and his crew showed up on time. Finished the job when Ali said he would.

After working with multiple other companies, I was recommended to Ali and AARA Heating and Air Conditioning. We bought a condo that had outdated HVAC, and the first few companies we paid to diagnose only tried to upsell us over and over again. Ali and his team came out to measure, ask for what our goals were, our budget, and how to make the most of the spend for both short and long term value.

It took us a few months to finalize, and their team stuck with us over that time. When we were ready, they prepped their team and had the right equipment and experts there on time to quickly and effectively install everything. We switched from a 1980's condenser with hydronic heating to a fully efficient forced air heating and AC system that is quiet and effective.

Through all of the installment process, which took less than one day for everything, they managed to do everything fast and effective. Thank you Ali and the Ara Heating and Air Conditioning team for helping keep my little ones happy and comfortable in their home!

Ali is so fantastic! When my stupid Home Service Club warranty refused, as usual my request for a noisy heater, I called Ali and he came within 24- hours and fixed all the problems! He really knows his business and when the first night the noise came back he was here first thing this morning and found the new motor he had replaced was not good so he replaced it…he was here for over an hour checking everything and didn’t charge me a dime!!! I can recommend Ali 100%! He’s a very nice man who put up with my barking dog and 6 people coming and going around him! If you need a very competent repair man call Ali!!!

Days after I cancelled my appointment with Ali, my AC broke again. Ali was professional and gracious and scheduled me on the calendar to come out right away. He diagnosed the problem and quoted me a reasonable price. He called the manufacturer of my AC and I even heard him ask them if he orders a part and he doesn’t end up needing it if he could return it. He really looks out for the customer. The part came in, he came back out right away and fixed everything. He is courteous and professional and completely trustworthy. Loved their work ethic, they promised to deliver what we asked and they did. They have a great team of staff, sales Rep James spent a lot of time going over the scope of the job and cost with us.
