I hired McMaster to replace my furnaces and AC condensers with Carrier heat pumps and air handlers. I had 3 other HVAC companies bid the job but Ron was by far the most thorough in evaluating the job and explaining the trade-offs between different systems. The McMaster team did an excellent job planning the project before starting any work. For example, days before our scheduled installation Anthony came to check our electrical and plan out how new 240V circuits and low voltage wiring should be run. This good planning led to a smooth and proper installation with no surprises. The installation passed all tests and inspections with no issues.

More importantly, my family has been very happy with our new heat pumps. Not only are we more comfortable with properly sized systems, but our garage and side yard look even nicer than before because of the extremely clean installation by McMaster.

This company deserves 10 stars, honestly. We replaced our entire HVAC system and are so pleased with the results. They listened to what our expectations were and then advised us on the type of equipment which would best serve our needs. They took a 1985 attic HVAC layout and completely brought it up to 2025 standards. New condensation pans, auto cutoff for any failure if the pans drain lines ever are clogged, monitors for the coolant if it ever develops a leak, clean, uncluttered installation of the HVAC units and duct work. The outside condenser units were securely placed on pads with new disconnect boxes neatly installed.

The professional installation team worked quickly. They were respectful and cleaned up their work areas at the end of their day. They arrived on time each day and finished a day earlier than expected.

I would definitely recommend McMasters for HVAC work!

The entire crew at McMaster are top notch. Period. We have a property that isnt the most convenient to access and they never complained and were right on time all 3 days. The install went flawlessly, looks great, and has made our home comfortable again. Grateful for these guys and highly recommend them.

Had a freon leak in the condenser coil. They found it quickly. They located a replacement coil that fit perfectly and installed it the same week. Great service from actual, long-time professionals. Good pricing and great service. Highly recommend.

I chose McMaster Heating & Air Conditioning , Inc over 3 other companies because I thought Ron, the owner of the company was honest and somebody that could be trusted. And I wasn’t disappointed. They did Heating and A/C on my house, installed new ducting system and replaced all vent grilles. His crew that did the project was very professional and they completed the job in 2 days. The office staff, Alexis and Maria were very helpful and very nice. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to friends and relatives.

McMaster Heating and Air was referred to me by a good friend. He did a ton of research and received 6-7 estimates which saved me a lot of time. Although they were not the cheapest (but by far NOT the most expensive) I was extremely impressed by their experience, responsiveness, and knowledge. Ron McMaster arrived at my home on time for the estimate. The office staff that arranged the appointment was very professional and made the entire process easy. Ron evaluated our old system and went into the attic and then explained all of our options. He was not pushy and I did not get the feeling he was trying to up-sell me into a higher end unit. He really knows his stuff! The quote included all new grills, a furnace, thermostats, and the new AC systems (lucky me, I have a separate AC unit for both the upstairs and downstairs). Financing was super easy and took about 2-3 minutes (not kidding). We ended up going with a 2-stage system which runs on low speed most of the time for efficiency. It only kicks into high speed when the air differential necessitates. The crew was on time and I was very impressed with the little things like using a tarp on the floors everywhere they walked so they would not get the floor and carpet dirty. They also walked me through the thermostat settings and made sure I was comfortable with how it works. The front office staff was very easy to work with and honestly everything was pretty much done via email. I was expecting this project to be a nightmare and it could not have gone any better. Save yourself some time. There is no need to get 5-6 estimates. Ron is honest and the crew does incredible work.

McMaster Heating and Air replaced all our old deteriorated ducting with a larger diameter and improved insulation. This wasn’t easy in our two story house. Although they had to remove some drywall, they replaced the piece greatly minimizing the patchwork needed. We couldn’t be happier. Not only was the new system designed efficiently and installed to the highest standard, but they bagged the old ducting before removing it leaving no mess or needed clean up. Their price was fair, they completed the job in less than a day, and everyone was friendly, personable and very professional. We enthusiastically recommend Mc Master Heating and Air.

I talked to four companies about replacing our near 30 year old heating/cooling system. In those conversations I liked the recommendation by McMaster the most.

Their owner, Ron, personally came out to give me an estimate. He came across as personable, sincere and knowledgeable. For the estimate he crawled into my attic for a complete run-through of what my project would need and took the time to thoroughly explain my options in a very clear way. Because we already have existing solar panels, we choose to go with the variable 2-speed heat pump AC with furnace.

The team didn’t disappoint. Their assistant manager Alexis is awesome. I had a trip coming up and she made sure everything was scheduled in a timely manner from installation to the HERS test and city inspection. I deeply appreciated her efficiency and kindness. The technicians (Mike, Jorge and Jesus) did an excellent job with the installation. We had to make some adjustments after the installation and they were really quick to send Anthony out to take care of us.

I’d like to mention from my experience with them, Ron stands out as a man of integrity who stands by his words and truly cares about his customers. I like the way he does business and his whole team carries that same quality. It was easy to get hold of them and they were always responsive and exuded a caring vibe I really liked. They replaced both our air conditioning and furnace at a fair price. I am glad I choose them to do our project and recommend them highly.

The entire team at McMaster is amazing. The staff handling the phones and coordinating the process, the team doing the installation, and the product line is all top notch and extremely high quality. Josie, Ernesto (sp?), George, and another great installer were on top of the process the whole way and each took ownership of the quality. This company was a personal referral to us from a person in the business and we couldn’t be happier.

I hired McMaster heating and air conditioning to replace the entire system in my home including ducting and using state-of-the-art carrier products that I trust. Notice their name doesn't include drain cleaning, water heater, replacement, or plumbing. Anthony came out to survey for a quote and I could tell he knew his business. He answered all my follow-up questions patiently. And even made last minute changes for me. They sent out a three-man team headed by Jamie who we're always on time, worked efficiently, and left no mess. My wife and I are very happy and satisfied with the performance of our new system and our dust problem has been resolved.

We had a new AC unit installed by McMasters recently. Ron was great to work with, gave us tons of information and options and we couldn't say no. We upgraded to a better AC unit for efficiency and the price was super competitive or better then other companies we called. The install was completed within the time frames including changing all the vents within the house. They complied with all safety measures during this COVID time and we couldn't be happier with McMaster air. We loved them so much, we called them to install a new AC unit in my mom's house. We highly recommend McMaster Air, and will use them for all our HVAC needs.

Last summer, I obtained four quotes for a replacement AC and furnace. I did a lot of analysis to figure out the kind of equipment and size of unit that I thought would work well for my home. When Ron McMaster came to my house to give me the quote, he was patient and answered all my questions (and I had a lot). Of the four quotes I got, Ron provided the only one that included the size and kind of equipment that I believed that I needed. The price for the system was fair, IMO. It was not the cheapest, but it included everything I was interested in. And I appreciated that McMaster is a Carrier factory authorized dealer.

The team that installed the system was led by Anthony. Each member of the team was very professional and hard-working. They made sure to clean up everything at the end of each day. Anthony was super knowledgeable. There was a loud rattle which I hadn't noticed in my original system because that system was so darned loud. But with the new Carrier system being so quiet, we could then hear the rattle. Anthony ultimately came back and replaced some kind of pipe, eliminating the poorly-routed one from the original unit's installation. Anthony was so patient tracking down what was causing that loud rattle - I was very grateful. Anthony also took time to explain the new thermostat to me. I requested that Anthony place the thermostat in a slightly different location from my original one, resulting in a hole in the drywall from the original thermostat. McMaster arranged for a person to patch and repair the drywall, which I appreciated.

Additionally, Jennifer and all the office staff were very kind and helpful in all our interactions.

Now I have a quiet system that keeps the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I am very happy with my Carrier system.

Lastly, everyone who came to my house wore masks due to covid, which I very much appreciated.

I had a central air conditioner installed on 8-6-20 by McMaster heating and A/C company. They did an awesome job. All the workers were polite and very efficient. In 2011 they also installed a 4 ton gas furnace in the attic with all the ducts,
and I am very pleased.
I highly recommend McMaster company with any heating or A/C needs.

This is my second and last purchase with them. I bought ac and heat both times. It started with them sending out a slimy sales person to meet me this time. I should have run while I was ahead . I went with them based on what new about them with my first purchase.. I let Alexis know I didn’t care for him. Alexis has been there since my last purchase. System was installed.. first I found was a plate that should have been installed behind the thermostat so you can’t see the previous paint behind it that is not covered . I almost paid someone to paint . I found the plate in a box that the thermostat came in. They came out and installed that and also my safe which they had moved to install heater and neglected to put back . Meanwhile I find staples on the floor of my garage that they left behind . Then the guy from the city comes to sign off on the work that had been done.. he says there should be a yellow card for him to sign off on. It was not here. He says I will need to pick it up at city hall . It is important for me to have. So I pick it up. Next I call to find out about rebates . It says they know all about rebates on their websites. Alexis never called me back . In process of looking into rebates I also see there a lot of tax savings related to my purchases. Then I notice thee thermostat is always warm when I am trying to go through this set up process to receive my rebate. I have them them come out to look at the thermostat. The guy does nothing . Says it’s fine and leaves. Then I realize I could have a tax write off related to my purchases. No help from them . I had to call Carrier who is the ac manufacturer. . I would be shocked if McMaster new nothing these tax incentives . They are Carrier certified. I call to talk the owner .Ron McMaster . He tells me they are really busy because it’s summer. That is no excuse. If you are so busy you cannot give your clients quality service , then you need to take on less work.. maybe they are also so busy because the staff has keep making return visits to mop up messes they neglected to take care of in the first place. What about my time to follow through with all of this. They were supposed to come out again this time to replace the thermostat. He should have done it last time he was out . The owner threatened to take my warranty away from me. That is called a breach of contract. We both agreed and signed . Oh yes, I had to call and ask for my receipt. Really ! For a $$15000 purchase. Shame on you Alexis.! Did this all happen because I didn’t like the slime that first came out. Maybe! I was told he was fired because he didn’t have enough experience. He was already hired . Why would you hire someone and then decide they don’t have enough experience? They wanted to reschedule the r thermostat again . This girl Josie told me she forgot to write my appointment down. To little to late! I said I’ll cut my losses and write a review instead. They have failed on so many levels . The thermostat is warm all the time . They will have a another thing coming if my house burns down due to a problem with thermostat..

The installation was superb. There were at least 5 techs working. One of the heat pumps was operational by the evening. The next day 3 techs finished the installation and gave me instructions.
