I had an air conditioning leak and cooling problem but James from starlight HVAC was absolutely wonderful. He went way above and beyond the call of duty. He walked me through step-by-step all of the maintenance and fix that was required. He then checked every room in the house check temperatures and explain warranty. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, Definitely 💯 5 stars !

Great service from this company, have never had anyone replace and repair my system so quick . Reliability and workmanship shows in the company as well w the staff, friendly and very professional! 10, 10 , 10 across the board !!!

What can I say. My HVAC went down. Along came James from Starlight HVAC. James diagnosed the problem with the AC system in a matter of minutes. He no doubt knew what he was doing. He was friendly and very professional. He removed the panel and suggested what the problem could have been. He went back to his truck came back, and before I knew it. Our AC was up and running after being without it for 6 days. As far as I'm concerned, Starlight will be my go to HVAC servicer going forward. Thanks Starlight for your professionalism and honesty.

Thanks the Starlight HVAC. Technician came to our rescue when our Heater decided to quit working. We were concerned about using home warranty, since it is our first incident as new home owners but this company made it nice and easy. Our Heater went out during the weekend and we were contacted by Starlight HVAC within 24 hours. I was floored! I was asked over the phone if someone could come out same day (Monday) in the afternoon and I jumped at the opportunity for the appointment. Vitalii called to let me know he was coming over and was here within the time frame given, but the earlier part of it (which I was grateful for). He was thorough and answered all of my questions in a professional, but easy to understand way. I truly appreciated him taking the time to explain the problem and then how he was going to fix it. As our first home warranty experience, I have to say that I hope all go as smoothly and quickly as this one went. We are very happy with the services Vitalii provided and cross our fingers to be assigned to this company again if we ever have any other issues.

We’ve had our HVAC system serviced annually by another company, and during their most recent visit, they provided a long list of issues and recommended a full system replacement—a major expense. Since we have a policy with American Home Shield, they sent Starlight HVAC for a second opinion.

Sebastian from Starlight HVAC came out today, thoroughly inspected our A/C and furnace, and found no issues. He told us the system could easily last another 5 to 10 years. We truly appreciate his honesty and professionalism. It’s refreshing to work with someone who’s not just trying to upsell unnecessary work.

Horrible company. I knew more about AC than the repair guy they sent, Only wanted to sell me a wireless relay that would have costed me 1200 per unit. I have 2 units. I found them on line for 350. But, I was able to locate the issue myself and didn't even need it. My system is all fixed now and running great, no thanks to these clowns.

Starlight HVAC has excellent customer service! The technician that came out to our home was knowledgeable, polite and responsible. I would definitely refer this company to family and friends!

I was assigned to use Starlight by my homeowners company to work on my hydronic AC system. They came out, only spent a few minutes and said that my system was not working because it was low on freon but they would gladly add 3lbs of freon for $570.

Startlight also btw is not qualified, licensed, or certified to work on hydronic systems. Look at other yelp and google reviews and you will find other reviewers who had the same issue with Starlight claiming to be licensed and certified to work on hydronic systems when they are not.

They did not do any sort of a leak detection test and the only way a system would be low on freon would be if their was a leak.

They claimed my system leaked freon from the fill valves as an excuse and then they purposely turned off the main breaker of my AC system so it would not turn back on making it appear broken.

I knew something was fishy so I called my homeowner repair company and asked them to send out someone else that was licensed to work on hydronic systems for a second opinion.

The new AC company came out, did a leak detection test, and showed me that the system was purposely shut off and then turned my system back on and told me I did not need any freon.

Stralight HVAC are complete scammers and purposely shut my system off so they could come back and unnecessarily charge me $570 for freon that I didn't even need in the first place. BTW, even if I would have needed 3lbs of freon, the new AC company told me it would only be around half the cost.

If your Warranty Company assigns you to Starlight, call them back immediately and have them re-assign you to someone else that is ethical and won't try to to rip you off.

You'll notice a clear pattern—not just from me, but from plenty of other people—of shady behavior and misleading practices. It’s not just a one-off; this company seems to be run by folks who don’t operate with integrity, and that’s backed up by lots of similar reviews. Starlight HVAC replaced my 20 year old A/C system today. I couldn’t be more happy with the overall choice. Best price, even under Costco price, very well mannered and a very professional. It was a lot of work in this heat. There was nothing I could do to help except watch over their things in the front of the house while they worked in the hot garage and worked directly in the sun in the backyard. Just wanted to say Thank you Very Much Gentlemen and an Extra Thank You for working on Saturday!

Starlight HVAC did an excellent job fixing my heater. Their technician James replaced the gas valve and brought the gas connection up to code - something another company said couldn't be repaired. The team was honest, had clear and transparent pricing, and didn't try to upsell me a new heater like Service Champion did. Highly recommend.

I had Starlight HVAC come out through my home warranty, and the experience was excellent. The technician, Vitalii, arrived on time and provided outstanding service. The replacement of my system went very smoothly.
The pricing was reasonable. While it was surprising that the home warranty did not cover the entire replacement, after applying the warranty credit and comparing Starlight HVAC’s price to other contractors in the area, it was clear their pricing was lower. After seeing how much labor was involved, I honestly feel I underpaid for the amount of work they did.
The office staff was also very friendly and helped guide me through the entire process smoothly. On top of that, I’m receiving a tax credit, which made this an even better deal. I highly recommend Starlight HVAC.

Professional and on-time. Put in a ton of effort into making sure my HVAC system was properly configured to my liking. Diagnosed and repaired my issue promptly. Also set up a WiFi connected smart thermostat.

I had a broken furnace and Stanley came to fix it up. Everything was done within an hour, he had all the parts with him. He also changed the filter and did regular maintenance. Advice on system operation was also much appreciated. Great work!!

The ice and water dispenser of my LG refrigerator stopped working. A technician from LG said the whole refrigerator door needed to be replaced. The problem was the door was no longer available because the refrigerator was 10 years old. Luckily, I found Stanley. Incredibly, Stanley fixed the problem that an authorized LG technician cannot fix. Stanley only had to replace a component inside the refrigerator. This sounded so simple and obvious, but I guessed that even the OEM doesn’t have the skills and expertise that Stanley has. I am so happy to have my refrigerator back! Thank you Stanley, you saved me!

The team was able to arrive at my house within minutes after the call, troubleshoot the entire AC unit and the system, provided an estimate on the spot and advised on the brand of the equipment.
