Dmitriy was at our house by 1030 am. He found the problem, had the parts in his car and fixed it within 30 minutes. We have cold air again! It was so fast and prompt. Dmitriy was extremely easy to work with. We're extremely happy that it works and that we can manage the temperature of our baby's room again.

My experience with TrueNorth was professional, knowledgeable, and valuable. My wife and I have lived in our house in Aliso Viejo California for 30 years now and never found the need for air conditioning. No longer in our youth we see the need for replacement of our heating and adding cooling for those hot days. We were blessed with new technology in a heat pump system for both cooling and heating using an air handler in the attic. The system is amazing, just what we needed. Dmitriy and his team installed a new high-efficiency inverter heat pump system, and the improvement is noticeable. The unit is extremely quiet, energy efficient. The installation itself was professional, and completed as promised.

One suggestion for future customers would be to spend a bit more time before installation explaining the specifics of how a heat pump and inverter system works for heating the home, since it’s a bit different from a traditional furnace/AC setup.

It would also be helpful to discuss in advance the inspection process and the specific format or requirements that need to come from the city, so homeowners know what to expect ahead of time and not after the installation is complete.
