on first call the guy who answered the phone told me he was the answering service. Called back 20 minutes later got the same guy who was now out in the field working. Found the whole experience rather odd.

Very quick response. Experienced. Nice to talk to. Explained what was wrong and steps to take care of issue. Added a shut off valve for us also.

Slab Leaks Plus did a fantastic job for us! They came in and were able to find the leak in about 20 minutes. They were also easy to work with, did quality work, and their pricing was reasonable. Our leak was in a pipe under the slab of our house going to the downstairs lavatory. Through the wall of our house, Slab Leaks Plus disabled the leaking pipe and rerouted it. There was minor construction to our wall for repair, which was done nicely. I highly recommend Slab Leaks Plus and will not hesitate to call them again for future plumbing and slab leak needs.

We suffered a leak in our first-floor bathroom due to a broken pipe. We had to shut off the water to our entire building. Scott was quickly able to find the problem. The drywall had to be cut to expose the pipe and the leaking section had to be replaced. He took the time to explain the questions as well. He is always well-organized, on time and professional, and he solves problems. I would strongly recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber.

I spoke to Scott on the phone because we have water coming up through our slab and it is ruining our floors. He determined right away that we don’t have a slab leak but we do have water coming up through our slab from the outside. Poor drainage and water seeping through cracks around the house. He gave me a step by step plan to try to mitigate the water and future damage to the floors. He has so much knowledge and I highly recommend you call him if you have a leak.
