I just love it when I meet contractors like Slavi. Business like, professional and well priced in the market in the business. I obtained bids from several companies. WOW was I in for a surprise. OC REPIPE rerouted our slab leak overhead using uponor pex pipe. They were very timely to come evaluate the repair and give us an estimate. When the repair started the two technicians were on time,very competent and had all the needed tools to access and run the pex pipe. They secured the pipe properly in all the right locations. I would recommend them highly.

We had to do a total repipe after our eighth pinhole leak and it was clearly time. I researched a lot of companies and ultimately chose OC Repipes, and I am so glad I did. They truly do everything, and what sets them apart is that they solely focus on repipes. This is not just something they offer, it’s what they specialize in, and it shows.

Slavi was my initial point of contact and Andy, his business partner co-owner, handled everything from there. Andy came out to meet with us and was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain the entire process and answer all of our questions. They were also fast. The actual repipe was completed in one day, and they cleaned up so well that it was as clean as it possibly could be at the end of the day.

The only delay we experienced was waiting on the county inspector, which had nothing to do with OC Repipes and everything to do with the county being short staffed. As soon as the inspection was approved, they patched and textured all the drywall and cleaned everything up in one day. You honestly would never know any of this work had happened.

This was an extremely stressful situation, especially around the holidays, and they made it the best experience possible. Yobani headed up the project and was professional, thorough, and clearly took pride in the work. While other companies talked about shortcuts like breaking tiles or accessing plumbing from outside the house, OC Repipes did things the right way while causing the absolute least disruption and destruction. They were careful, respectful of our home, and very detail oriented.

They even included new shower hardware installation in their very fair pricing. I could not be happier with our decision. They were amazing from start to finish and I would highly recommend them to anyone facing a repipe.

We were 'íncentivized' by our home owners insurance to have our house repiped after filing a claim for a water leak last September. They would not renew our policy if we didn't have a ceramic coating installed or do a full repipe. We chose to repipe as it seemed to be more long lasting than doing a coating.

After contacting a number of repiping companies we chose OC Repipes due to the amount of service they could provide at a reasonable cost. Andy was my initial contact and Slavi was the site manager. Both are great to work with.

We did need to get an asbestos survey done prior to any work. With 52 year old drywall, they did find asbestos. We had that remediated by another company and then OC Repipes repiped the entire house in one day not counting closing up the walls. The walls were done the next day.

All aspects of the job were done with great skill and efficiency.

I had my home re-piped by OC Repipes about a year and a half ago, and they absolutely nailed it. Their pricing was competitive, they showed up on time, were in and out quickly, and left the place spotless. The work itself was flawless.

More impressive is what happened recently. We started having plumbing issues that had nothing to do with the original re-pipe. Even though OC Repipes was confident it wasn’t related to their work, they still came out to my house on two separate occasions just to check and make sure everything was okay. It ended up being caused by my general contractor, who had modified some of their original work.

OC Repipes is a very professional company and they beat all others at the cost to repipe an entire house. We were so impressed with how quickly the repipe was completed and how clean they kept the house. It only took 2 days and each night when we returned, we had water. We were never without it. The drywall patches were top-notch. You could not tell where the patches were done. Their mudding and texture were excellent and looked exactly like our original walls and ceilings.
