Had an appointment today with Ricardo S to fix on-going issues with the shower cartridge that keep causing water to drip/leak out of the spout. He replaced the faulty cartridge which will be the third time now that this has been replaced. He said that if this problem happens again, he will also replace the shower valve assembly next. Ricardo is very knowledgeable, considerate (wore disposable booties), and a professional. We are very happy with the service he provided and definitely would recommend him and the company.

Repipe 1 did our whole house repipe last week in Rancho Santa Margarita after a slab leak. Their work was seamless and they effectively communicated with us about the process, piping materials, inspection and the replacement of the drywall and stucco. Greg, Karla and their team were so meticulous and highly skilled. Never expected the process to be done so fast with much precision. Both the repipe and the drywall team were excellent in answering our questions and did a fantastic job.

In a world of such poor service, it was refreshing to deal with a company where Service is their priority. My installer was Saul, and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. And, Karina, in the office, is the one who was able to pull it all together, even with all the changes I had to make.

Just completed a whole home repipe.I came away very impressed with all the people and the process. For such a seemingly big and messy job, Repipe1 took care of everything so well and made it all so easy.

After connecting with them at their website, the very next day Josh was at the house looking it over and explaining everything very well. Once we signed the contract and sent the downpayment, Repipe got the proper permits, and scheduled the plumbing team to come out. Amazingly, they do the whole house in just one day. Great work by Angel and his team to do it fast and efficient without cutting corners. After that, we waited a day for the inspector. Once signed off, they schedule the patching team. These guys are simply magic in how they can patch and texture and make it look perfect. Josue and Luis are artists of their craft. Everything was well protected in plastic and they do great cleaning up at the end.

We did have a few small issues, nothing major and I am sure every job probably has something. Repipe1 handled everything quickly and responsibly. They really gave me a feeling that they cared about the quality of their work.

I chose repipe1 last year to repipe my house here in Murrieta after my insurance company recommended them. Sean was the sales rep that came over and gave me a great comprehensive presentation and we decided to go with Pex. They were much about $3k lower than Nexgen and included permits and drywall repair. The job was completed in a day. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to repipe.

We had our house repiped by Repipe 1. The shower spout that was installed had a faulty diverter. I contacted Jenny at Repipe 1 and she gave me the contact information for Moen and told me that once I received a new part she will schedule a plumber to replace it. Today, Saul Ruiz (plumber) came to replace the shower spout. Saul was on time, very friendly and within minutes he was done replacing the shower spout. He even looked at my sink faucet that was leaking. Thank you Jenny and Saul for your professionalism and commitment to your customers.

I had Repipe1 do a warranty replacement of the frozen stop valves that were installed from their initial re-pipe job. Mynor came out to do the repair work and he was prompt, professional, efficient and was happy to answer any questions I had. He was thorough and before he left, made sure that all the work that was needed was done and everything was working properly with no leaks.

Our HOA has been using re-pipe one for several years now. We had prior issues with pin leaks in several of the units, and the HOA hired Re-pipe 1 to do the full re-pipe. They did a great job, and we have had no troubles since. I did recently mention to one of the supervisors that we were having trouble turning our angle stops, and he informed me that they could replace all of them in the house and it was under their warranty. That was a great relief to me, and a sign that they really stand by their work and product. Thank you Re-pipe 1 for your great service always .

In February 2025, I was referred to Repipe1 by my plumber of many years. The cold water loop system in my 50-yr-old tract home was leaking at the foundation. Rather than put a bandaid on the problem, I chose to have the house repiped with PEX-a tubing. My plumber and Josh Dawn, Repipe1 Sales Representative, made a house call, reviewed the problem, and explained the repipe process, what to expect from the installation and re-patch crews, how payments were scheduled, etc. Since my water heater was near its demise, I requested that it be replaced as part of the project. Josh was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough as he listened to my questions, noted my requests, and developed an individualized Home Improvement Contract Agreement which was then sent to my email address digitally.
The staff at Repipe1 was very efficient. They coordinated dates for installation and patching. Communication was excellent at all times and I was pleased with their customer service from start to finish. Kudos to Kassandra Austin for expert coordination with the County of Los Angeles Public Works for permitting. Also, shout outs to Cruz Montalvo and Lupe in Accts Receivable for their cordiality and excellence in keeping track of payments. Last, but not least, thanks to the installation and patch crews who went above and beyond to prep the areas affected by dust, spackle, and debris during the repipe and subsequent repair. They did a good job cleaning up, and I thank them for all their attentiveness. Homeowners appreciate it when a job site is left in such good condition.

I’m very satisfied with Re-Pipe 1. They replaced our copper pipes with PEX at a very fair price and the logistics were handled very well. I also had an issue with one of my sinks after the initial re-pipe and customer service (Karla) took care of me. Ricardo came over within 2 days to fix my issue. The whole experience has been very positive considering all that’s needed to get your pipes replaced. The whole crew was professional and reliable. Re-Pipe 1 was definitely the right decision for a major job that was needed in our home!

Saul came out and did a check two weeks after a full repipe. Did a great job of finding the problem, which was with the toilet and not the piping. The whole experience with repipe has been first class, from first call to repipe the whole house in four days. Salesperson was very smart and knowledgeable. Repipe1 was very fast and very fair. I had a whole house repipe new water heater and filtration system. They were fast and shoutout to their stucco repair guy - Gru, and supervisor Alberto who were great to work with. The water heater randomly broke after eight months and they got a replacement installed from the manufacturer within 24 hours at no charge - all under warranty. I’d recommend them for peace of mind
