Utterly happy we went with Repipe1 for our home repipe! From the first call to the final inspection, everything was handled professionally and on time. Karina was awesome and of the utmost helpful—always quick to respond and made the entire process way less stressful. The crew was efficient and respectful of our home. Highly recommend if you need repiping done right!

We had a slab leak on a hot water line that heated up the living room floor.
Plumbing company determined that the single line could not be bypassed due to the initial installation in the concrete left no place to access this line, and a whole house re-pipe was going to be required. Makes sense.
Got estimates from 2 plumbing companies and one from Repipe1.
Repipe 1 was by far the most economical, and it was a great decision. The came out within hours of my first phone call, and started work just 3 days later.
Unbelievable that they completed the entire re-piping of a 2-story, 3 bathroom house in one day!
The next day was a day off for inspections, and then Repipe1 finished the drywall patching and texture on the 3rd day, cleaned up and were gone by 5 PM. Job complete, our house has all new plumbing. Even the water pressure throughout the house was much better than originally.
We also purchase a Halo 5 water filtration system from Repipe1, which they installed perfectly.
Highly skilled crews, excellent communication, very clean, excellent materials used.
We are 100% confident that the job was done correctly, and with very good craftsmanship and materials.
Communication with the workers, the inspections, and the management ability demonstrated by Repipe1 was highly professional and always spot-on.

When we had a leak on the front lawn of our rental home on a Sunday, we immediately turned to Yelp and called 3 or 4 re-pipe specialists. Repipe1 was the first to return our call on Monday and schedule a visit to price the job. Their price was in line with expectations and they were very responsive in answering all our questions via phone calls and texts. In fact, they were able to save us from tearing up the concrete driveway by re-routing the main line.

In collecting the bids, a competitor bid 25% higher than Repipe1 and then after we told them their price was too high, they called back after “discussing with their manager” and then dropped their price “substantially” which only made me question their first bid. Their “discounted” price was still higher than Repipe1 and they only offered a 5 year warranty versus the Repipe1 “lifetime” guarantee.

Norma, Josh, and Alberto were all professional and extremely responsive. As we are over 400 miles away from our rental property, these folks at Repipe1 made the process of hiring a plumber for a water main leak effortless, painless and uneventful. They no doubt left our home in better condition than when they arrived! THANK YOU REPIPE1!!

Sharra did a great job explaining the process of repiping my home - the timeline, the products used, and my "homework" (emptying cupboards where work would be done). I felt no pressure to sign a contract, only confidence that doing so was the right thing. She was both knowledgeable andpersonable and I'm glad I called Repipe.

Our neighbor detected a leak coming from our home and with all things plumbing, it quickly spiraled into a host of other issues. After contacting a few companies, we decided to go with Repipe 1 because of all their service, speed, and communication.

The office team (Cruz and Veronica) were helpful and took the time to explain the entire process to us. From what the job entailed to how to prepare, and what to expect. Unlike other companies their quote also included the cost to patch, scheduling inspections, pulling permits, and putting texture back on the drywall. Most companies don’t include this and we appreciated the responsibility they took with this job.

The service team was quick. They replaced the entire plumbing in our 2 bed, 2 bath home in 6 hours. They also had financing available for 0% APR for a 12 mo loan.

It’s definitely worth getting an estimate from Repipe 1. I’ll be sure to add in photos once the water heater is installed.

I had a leak and got several quotes before deciding to go with repipe1. Once they started, they were done repiping in 3 days. The patching only took one day. There were some things that were forgotten, but I was able to send a message to Sean, and he took care of things quickly. Overall, the customer service is great! They respond quickly and take care to do the job correctly. Plus, since having my whole house repiped with them in April, they have reached out to check in. Highly recommend repipe1 if you need to repipe your house. Also, Sean does a great job taking care of his customers.

Repipe1 performed an exceptional job repiping my entire house. We had copper pipes, which caused significant issues like pinhole and slab leaks since our house is 30 years old. My cousin recommended Repipe1, and I obtained a free estimate online. The next day, a representative visited the area, thoroughly explained the process, and we proceeded with the PEX repiping.

My house is a detached condo with two toilets, a bathroom, and a half bathroom. In just six hours, they completed the repiping, and everything worked flawlessly. The entire process typically takes around 4-5 days, so ensure an adult is present in the house during that time. Approximately 30 holes will be in the ceiling and walls, but the repatch team did an excellent job fixing them, matching the texture perfectly. We only need to paint some areas.

Overall, I highly recommend Repipe1 for their exceptional workmanship and lifetime warranty.

I had may quotes from competing companies and she provided me with a detailed outline of what was included in the quote. She was personable and patient in explaining everything. Although she won’t be doing the actual work she opened the door for Repipe 1 to do the work.

I hired repipe1 to repipe my house due to an unfortunate slab leak in the house. The crew that came to do the repipe was on time, professional, courteous, and did a great job. I was up and running after one day and the city inspection found no issues. The workmanship that the team did was great, they worked with me to make some small changes to hose bib locations. All in all they are very accommodating and know what they are doing. I did upgrade my plumbing to also include water treatment and a new tankless water heater and all those installations worked flawlessly. They did have to make a lot of access holes in my dry wall but the patch work was repaired so well, I think it looked better than before. Best of all, they cleaned up after they were done each day. Oh, the most important thing, I got quite a few quotes for repiping and repipe1’s prices were extremely competitive and I love the fact that they don’t contract out the work and all work are done by their employees. I highly recommend them to anyone that has to go through what I have to go through.

I used Repipe 1 last month to repipe my condo! I was so not looking forward to the mess or the inconvenience, but there was none of that! Josh came out and gave us an estimate. He was clear on what would happen and when. He was very professional and informative. Everyone that worked in my home was so nice, respectful of my things and very professional! I used re-pipe 1 for a whole house re-pipe in September after getting a great recommendation for my neighbor. Glad I did and went with them. They were very professional from start to finish and handled everything very quickly. It felt good going with a company that does this day in and day out specifically. Everyone from the repipe crew to the drywall patchers, was great.

I normally do not leave reviews, but felt like it was worth calling out excellent customer service. After the whole re-pipe was done, I noticed that I had an increase in the water bill the month after. I, wrongly, thought that it was related to the whole house re-pipe and some kind of mistake that they made. Karina and Jenny were great in handling my complaint and got Enrique, one of the plumbers, to come out and help me diagnose the problem. We discovered that it was an unrelated issue. It is this kind of customer service that I think needs to be called out.

We reached out to Repipe1 to repipe our entire house. Before the work started, they were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Their quote was around $11k — not the lowest and not the highest. We decided to go with them mainly because Jacob, the salesperson, was very helpful and responsive during the initial process.

The repiping itself was completed on schedule in one day, and the wall repatching was done the following day. The repiping work itself seemed fine, but the patching quality was not great.

Two days later, we realized there was a leak inside one of our walls. We contacted customer service, and they sent someone out to take a look. He determined that there was a leaking sewer pipe somewhere and stopped further work, telling us they would provide a quote to fix it.

After many phone calls and multiple follow-ups, we never received a quote and never heard back from them again. We were completely ignored. I eventually had to hire another plumber, who found the source of the leak and confirmed it was caused by a screw that was too long and punctured the pipe during the repatching process.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service, especially the lack of follow-up and accountability. Being ignored after a clear issue caused by their work is unacceptable.

Another lesson learned: do not use PEX stub-outs — they are very flexible, unstable, and feel cheap.

Overall, I would not recommend Repipe1 at all.

PRS is a very professional company that does high quality work. I had a back up and they came within 24 hours to clear the blockage. I opted for a cured in place re-liner. They did the work over three days and I felt comfortable as they walked me through the process. They’re first quote was reasonable compared to competitors that started way higher and discounted down to $1K MORE than first initially quoted. I appreciate getting a competitive price on the FIRST quote. I highly recommend PRS for your SoCal plumbing needs.

We recently had a difficult plumbing situation at one of the HOA communities we manage, and the team at Pipe Restoration Solutions went above and beyond. Our plumber onsite quickly identified an alternative solution that avoided the need for excavation — something multiple vendors had previously suggested might be unavoidable.

Upon further investigation, they discovered that the root intrusion was occurring at the top of the pipe near the toilet connection. They installed a specialized fitting to properly seal the area and prevent future intrusion, saving the homeowner and the HOA significant time, disruption, and cost.
