I highly recommend using PRS for relining sewer pipes. Their teams are professional, knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, focused, and explain their work all along the way. You can watch the before, after cleaning, and after relining videos while being made, ask questions, and keep the videos after the job is done. They minimize as much as possible breaking into tile or stucco to access and/or expand clean outs for relining the pipes, and they clean up at the end of each workday. And they were less than half the price of a quote I received from another relining service, which didn't know their business as much as PRS as they wanted to do much more excavation into stucco to access clean outs than PRS needed at areas that PRS didn’t need to access. Also, PRS's cost was much less than half the cost of replacing the underground pipes from a quote I received a couple of years ago. I'm so glad I considered alternatives and gave PRS a chance to bid the project.

Got 3 bids and was really impressed with the estimators (epoxy sleeve install in our old cast iron pipes.) So glad we chose PRS, Rob & Javier were so courteous, considerate of our time and space, and they went above and beyond to make sure my elderly mother could use the restroom after she was released from the ER (they really didn’t have to but did out of the kindness of their hearts). As a Real Estate Investor / Property Manager Im no stranger to Plumbing Companies, and these guys are the crème de la crème. Also important to note that the estimate from a regular plumbing company was 3x higher due to the fact that they didn’t know what they were talking about as Pipe restoration is specialized and not something a regular plumber should estimate. They wanted to jack up our slab to access a line which was totally unnecessary so it’s really best to use experts when addressing pipe restoration. TYSM PRS especially Rob & Javi you deserve a raise + a promotion 💫

Had a tough situation in my drain line, there was a piece of plastic wedged in just past the cleanout, down a foot and then past a 90 degree bend. 5 or 6 plumbers looked at it and said it couldn't be done without breaking up the concrete and cutting the pipe open. Phil came out, set to work on it, and was able to fish it out, no concrete work, no pipe cutting, none of that. Saved me a huge amount of money and headache. Absolute professional as well, highly recommended.

PRS has been working in our complex for a few weeks, but our building specifically the past week. Although any type of plumbing work is disruptive, this has been the best of experiences. The guys working in around our condo, Travis & Javier, have provided us with frequent and open communication, explained everything, given us plenty of notice when they needed to turn off the water or come inside, very respectful of our space and always clean everything up at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

horrible service. Mike and the other guy just sits at the computer looking at yahoo or seahawks crap. the little manger there just hides behind his computer not wanting anything to do with customers. never go there again. Todd Pipe is so much better

Never call this company for water heater repair or installation.
a month ago they replaced new water heater for me.and then they said need to come back on next day to finish the job. I thought they gonna come back for sure.I paid off the total amount $3287.00 .after that they never show up. I called so many times. they never call me back!

I call takagi company to report that I have no hot water. They schedule my on Monday 5/19/19. Mike from best choice water heateters. He show up on time and did not do anything ... I mean no troubleshooting to determine exactly is the issue with my takagi tm1 that cause no hot water. Just tell me to buy new system. And asking me for $110. I like ok I pay you but atleast show me what you did and providing me a some kind reports of my issue. But nothing ... Total time he spend less then 5mins for $110.
I would NOT recommend this company for your hot water services.

Absolutely awesome job very professional, I had no hot water and they saved my weekend. Robert was awesome showed up on time took him 20 minutes to fix the problem. From start to finish it was a great experience thank you guys

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They installed a tank-less water heater from a reputable manufacturer in August 2020. The water heater has not worked properly since installation and the company has been very unhelpful and has strung us along for days. We have had them out one time to set the timer on the water heater when it was not done at the time of installation. If a water heater is allowed to run constantly, it will break down. Now, we do not have any hot water and the cold water just trickles out. They will sell you a product then claim they do not have enough workers to service the product if there is a problem. My parents are elderly and ill and must have water.
Totally unacceptable.

This is my first time using this company, and I was very satisfied with the initial visit for an estimate, subsequent service and installation. The technician notified me that he was on his way and asked if he could arrive early. He worked efficiently, was considerate and cleaned the area well before leaving. I would use this company in the future.

They were so quick to respond to our call. Came out the same day, sent a quote for what we needed within an hour and then came back in the same day to complete the install. Quick, efficient, knowledgable. Highly recommend!
