We purchased a Rinnai RXP199i from At House. The installer Makito was absoloutly amazing. I've never seen anything like it. We had several considerations as to when the water to the house, and electricity could be turned off, and he worked around our needs perfectly. What a guy!!!

I am quite pleased with Sair’s servicing of my tankless water heater. He explained things well, he’s courteous and friendly. He showed me a photo of the rust on my heat coil. I will recommend Sair to anyone without hesitation.

We’ve been working with Hiro over 15 years. The service and the result were great with the installation of our new toilet and organizing helped to redo the flooring in the bathrooms. Always a pleasure to work with them

I contacted Hiro over the weekend, because my water softener didn't appear to be using salt. Hiro was able to diagnose my issue by my description of the problem. He promptly ordered the replacement part and his team repaired my water softener that Tuesday.

Ken was very punctual, he texted me when he was on his way. I like that At-House provides a two-hour arrival window versus most other service companies provide a four-hour window. Ken was friendly and we had a nice discussion about cars.

Zaire from At House was very professional and did a great job replacing my tankless water heater. He kept me informed about the process from beginning to end. Although tankless water heaters are expensive, At House’s pricing to perform the work was very competitive and they were able to perform the work the following day after I contacted them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend At House to my friends and family for their plumbing needs based upon my experience with them.

Just had a Rinnai tankless water heater installed at my house. The technician, Makito, was very professional and efficient. The unit is compact compared to a conventional water tank system, runs quietly, and is energy efficient. I’m confident I made the right choice—highly recommended.

David Miller is honest, hardworking, "the perfect" plumber. He was involved in my complete kitchen overall in 2011, so glad to have met him. He did the plumbing, the appliance instillation, a new window, a tankless water heater.
I have used him several times. Work is completed as I asked, prices he charges are reasonable. I would recommend David without reservation.

I had a terrible experience with a previous GC who did not fix a pipe leak. Spoke with David & was able to come out that afternoon & resolved my issue within the hour.
