Highly recommend At House. I had 3 different bids on installing two tankless water heaters and At House had the best price by far. I had a plumber from a different company tell me that I would have to install complete new gas lines in order to put in tankless. Thank goodness Hiro from at house came and told me that that was absolutely unnecessary. Not only did they have best price, but they also did excellent work. They came on time and were courteous to remove their shoes when coming into my home. I was required by the city to have an inspection done when the job was completed and they required one small minor change (I needed a threaded cap for the clean out pipe) and Hiro showed up right away to change it out for me. If you are thinking of going tankless, call At House, it's their specialty and I am happy I found them!

The At House team arrived on time and worked diligently through the day to install my whole house water filter, softener, and reverse osmosis system. They were friendly, answered all my questions and were very neat with their work. Would definitely call them again!

At House came to resolve a problem I had with my DIY tankless water heater installation and it took them less than 5 minutes to troubleshoot and fix my screw up. They also came out on short notice, late in the day, and in the pouring rain. I recommend them highly!!

Over the years I have had nothing but exceptional service from Hiro and his team from At House. Several years ago I woke up one Sunday morning to no hot water. I was pressed for time and I made an emergency call to Hiro. Over the phone he walked me through the process of resetting the water heater, and I was back in business within 30 minutes of my initial call. And he didn’t charge me at all. He’s awesome! Just today, Makito made his usual visit to service the water heater, and as always, he took great care of me. Thank you to Hiro, Makito and the entire staff of At House. Got a clack hybrid water softener. Makito came out and looked at install site. Quote same day. Install 4 days later. Great communication from Hiro and his team! I knew what was going to happen every step of the way. Very professional, courteous, clean install, and answered all my questions. Would recommend highly!

Communicates every step up until the appointment time. The technician was the same person as last year's maintenance and is friendly and honest. Doesn't propose or do maintenance that is not absolutely necessary. It is why we go back to At House to do our annual maintenance.
