I called Rooter Hero when my washing machine drum was full of water, suspecting a drainage block or worse. The dispatcher I spoke to was incredibly friendly and efficient, quickly prioritizing my call and dispatching a nearby technician named Jim. When Jim arrived, I immediately felt reassured. He was not only friendly and professional but also highly knowledgeable, methodically investigating the root cause of the issue. After a thorough assessment, Jim concluded that the problem wasn't a blockage in my home but likely an issue with the appliance itself. When I went to pay him, he informed me that there would be no charge since there wasn't a plumbing issue. I was pleasantly surprised, as I fully expected to pay for his time and expertise. Honesty, integrity, and exceptional service are rare qualities these days, and Rooter Hero truly exemplifies them. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would.

Terrible, I was scheduled and then cancelled on three different days. For each appointment, I was given a time window, for example from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. In total, I ended up waiting on three different days for more than 10 hours, and no one ever showed up.

WARNING beware this company is a scam! I recieved coupon for $69 to clean drain and made appointment clearly stating to representative it was for cleaning our home shower drain located on first floor right next to garage door. Which is proper access and meeting the 75 ft. requirement of their coupon. When service man came he said the drain was not easily accessible and thus the coupon wound not apply. I asked him to explain why he considered this drain inaccessible and was giving a rude, condecending reply that it just was and if I need more clearification to go look it up in internet. His quote for cleaning my shower drain was $325. I refused and then, as he was walking out he said, he could do it for $250. I refused! We bought a 25 ft drain snake from Amazon for $39.99 shown in photo and easily cleaned our drain.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Charged 2600 for hydrojetting and asked arbitrary questions related to owning a costco card of being members of AAA for a discount. When I asked them to leave, they were suddenly able to do it for 1100. Even though that is still way overpriced, I let them do the work. When I asked for a report of the work they did and a detailed paragraph of the problem in order to contact insurance, they kept saying they're "escalating this to management" for 3 weeks and I have not heard a single thing back from them. They tried to send an email that just said "cleaned out back yard" when I asked for a detailed report. They're always never on time either and we have to keep rescheduling. Horrible service, NOT RECOMMENDED
