I've called Rooter Hero a few times over the last year to help with some plumbing and sewer line repairs needed during a home remodel. Great experience working with them each time. They arrive when scheduled and provide good communication.

Brian was so polite and did an amazing job fixing my old toilet. I highly recommend him and will tell friends and family that he went above and beyond to finish the job. Thank you, Brian.

Had a clogged drain emergency last Sun a few hours before the in-laws were supposed to come over for a birthday celebration. Couldn't get the first 2 plumbers to come out on a Sunday then called Rooter Hero up. Mike came out within an hour and got things buttoned up. He was very responsive and fairly priced. Thanks for saving the day Mike - and on a Sun!!

Hernan did an excellent job replacing our water shutoff valve. It was completely corroded and stripped - definitely not a DIY job. Hernan was quick, professional, and friendly. He made sure everything was working just right, and cleaned up after himself so they area was cleaner than we had it before he arrived.

I had a clogged sewer line. My plumber was out of town so I called Rooter Hero at his suggestion. They responded and communicated well and Eric came exactly at the agreed upon time. Unfortunately the result of the visit was bad news--I need to reline or replace all of the cast iron pipes under my old house. Corey came to scope the pipes and confirmed that they were entirely rotted out. Total for cleanout and camera diagnosis was $399. Estimate for pipe repair was 23K. I only wish they had marked the location of the damaged lines so I could inform a second bidder for the repair job without them having to re-do the camera work.

Contact these guys if you're having problems with your kitchen sink drain being clogged or suffering from other plumbing issues. I tried snaking it myself trying to save a few bucks but quickly realized I needed help!

Called Rooter Hero and they sent over Jesse, who actually showed up a little earlier than scheduled. He rapidly determined what the problem was and got the sink draining again in no time.

$77 Drain clean promotion agreed over the phone. Dispatch called late to push the appointment to the following day. Technician got there and said he will only do a water jet on this job at a cost of $800 with a guarantee of success or no pay. The water jet guy got there and sent a camera down and called me saying the pipes need scraping first for a total of $1,800. I told him no and that I would get a second opinion. He then tried to bind me to the agreement. I said not a chance. He then tried to charge me $260 for running the scope down the drain. I said no. He then tried to get me to pay their "minimum charge" of $49. I said no. What a racquet! I promise you this review will go on Yelp as well.

Amazing experience. We had a huge issue that required the entire outdoor plumbing system to be repaired. Everyone that worked on the project was friendly and respectful of our privacy all week. I was able to text Eric with am issue late at night and got a prompt reply. Couldn't be happier with this company will definitely keep their contact info for future needs. Thank you!

Ryan did an excellent job. He was personable, explained what the situation was when he found the problem and efficiently handled it. I would call this company again. I also appreciated the call earlier in the day when they provided a specific time when Ryan would be arriving.

Jerry did a great job. He was very clean, quick and very pleasant. He fixed the tub clog and then cleaned the tub thoroughly and disinfected it even. Definitely will be using you guys again in the future.

My shower drain was draining very slowly and I called Rooster Hero for help. Ryan came within the hour and was able to help me quickly and explained how I can do it myself if it happens again and recommended the best natural solutions to use against clogged drains as well. Brian Gleason was exceptional! Started by being early for the appointment. He was so friendly, courteous and professional. He cleaned our blockage quickly and efficiently.
We could not have had a better tech than this gentleman.
Must also give kudos to the Rooter Hero company. We tried four other companies beginning on Saturday night till almost 9 am on Sunday. Only two replied back, the others I spoke a a person. No reply. Angelia arranged a confirmation and we had our man out by 10:30 and job done by 12. We also thought the billing was extremely fair especially with it being Sunday. Rooter Hero is our now go to company.

Horrible Job. One Star for lack of "no star" selection. Charged for the drain cleaning. Did not clear the drain. Showed me the snake end with calcification and said cannot be cleaned and needed hydro jetting for $1695. Must be the billionaire looking me!

Total Fraud. Not acceptable.
I would not recommend using this. Best to stay away. Am still waiting for copies of documents I signed and requested to file a complaint with the California License Board.

Called DrainTown Rooter next. A young pleasant man came an hour later and took 15 minutes to get the drain working. He was in and out of the street in about 40 minutes. The $75 dollar spent was worth every penny.

My toilet was not flushing. I called Rooter Hero for assistance. Ryan came out and was Amazing! Not only was he friendly but he was also very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what he would do and what each potential step would cost. He was able to find the issue within 5 minutes and documented each step of the way. He was sure to send me a copy of my invoice as well as all of the pictures and video he took of the job. I would highly reccomend Rooter Hero and if you're lucky you would get Ryan!

Everyone was very professional, respectful and responded quickly. I was very impressed with the level of amazing customer service support. They were at my house within a couple hours of me calling them for help. The technician Saul was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a lot of grease in our pipes so he wasn’t able to clear the clog in our kitchen sink. He recommended the Hydro Jett. Again, the Hydro Jett technician was there quickly and finished in less than an hour. I’m impressed with the quality of employees that work for rooter hero. However, the reason for the 2 stars and I would have only given 1 star, but the employees were so amazing. But, the cost of the service was astronomical. I researched the service Hydro Jetting and we paid double what others in our area charged for the same service. I recommend you research before paying the company prices.

Pedro came by 45 min after my call and helped educate me on my drainage issue in my bathroom sink. Very professional and friendly, glad he came by and let me know how to address this in the future.

Saul was the absolute best. Totally outstanding attitude and service. He is my new plumber. Initial phone call and dispatch call were both super. Price was reasonable. I will call this company and specifically Saul for my next plumbing need, for sure. 10/10
