Kevin and his team came out to my home multiple times for plumbing and heating/cooling. Without fail each time the professionalism was A+, the communication of the issues were clear and compassionately explained. Options for repair were thoroughly discussed and reviewed. The team had equipment and parts on board to get the job done or brought equipment back for the bigger jobs. This is a well managed and staffed company with consistent service and performance. I had been through two other HVAC contractors that had ended up making the situation worse. Kalka was able to schedule appointment with Ryan the next morning, and he took care of the original issue and all the mucked up things from the previous contractors. He was very insightful and noticed details of notes I even forgot. He was very transparent with everything he was doing, which I appreciated a ton. 100% recommend Kalka especially if you have Lennox unit

This company is very attentive to their customers and always on time, Zach has done services to our home in 2 or 3 occasions and he’s been great. Very detailed and patient with explaining everything to us. I definitely recommend them and will continue to use their service as needed.

Zack arrived ahead of the appointment time for a descale service and ended up installing a new disposal, pressure regulator and supply line. Thanks to Zack’s observation of the water pressure on the water filtration system, he identified an important issue that needed immediate attention. Ryan was incredible. He knew I had some problems with another tech earlier. He was a good listener, addressed all my issues, fixed them and was very professional. He has helped me in the past and always has a cheerful personality and kind heart. It is obvious he truly loves his job and cares about his customers.

I feel compelled to write a review about the service I received from Zach the Plumbing Technician. We had a big plumbing issue in our office. It required service that there was no way it could be completed in just one day. HOWEVER, Zach got on the phone and called every parts provider he knew, and magically he was able to acquire everything he needed to fix the problem same day. Also a great guy in general with a great personality. He really worked his butt off when he easily could've kicked the can down the road. It might just be me, but I'm finding it rare to get someone that does their job to the fullest these days.

Zach came to help my dad and I out today install a new water heater, and I am very satisfied with everything. He arrived earlier then what was first told to me, which was a plus, and was professional, nice, and helpful to understand everything we needed to know. He has been here before and did a good job with our downstairs toilet installation, so it was nice to see a familiar face.

Kevin M. Was wonderful fix the issues with our unit, can't praise him enough. He was very professional super nice to work with. We will certainly request him for our future needs.

They explained everything I needed to know about the installation process and the features of the new water heater. They also took great care to protect my home and left the area spotless. The new water heater works great! Zach’s and Kalka’s professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer service made the installation process smooth and stress-free. Five stars!

Have used Kalka Plumbing for past 5 years. Exceptional service. Then a year ago I had Ryan Andrew’s, Field Supervisor come for my heating and then 6 months later my A/C maintenance. Ryan is by far the very best service technician one could hope for. Very thorough and checks out every thing. Treats my home as if it were his. So happy with Ryan - great guy!!!

THANK YOU KALKA!! We had a 5 week handler attic installation from another co. It was so stressful, a absolute nightmare, never got resolved until we found you:-) Jesus and Kevin came in gave us a fair price to add something which would improve the cooling system. Jesus worked so hard yesterday he's young and smart and wow we have found a no stress heating air and Plumbing company. Jesus shook our hand every time he came in we would adopt him if he would let us haha. I was so stressed with our last company I ended up in the ER twice with high blood pressure. And this time having kalka come over they knew what they were doing there was no arguing there was no defensiveness they just did it and I actually was able to take a nap on the couch because I wasn't worried one bit. Jesus at Kalka plumbing went way beyond to try to help me solve my mysterious problem with a room heating/air conditioner in the home I was renting. Strange smells were coming out of it that were affecting my health. We think he got to the bottom of it and hopefully I will be feeling better soon.

Kalka has by far the best customer service from the schedulers to their technicians. We use them for all our heating, air and plumbing needs. Initially Zach came over to do a water flush on our water heater today. He advised that we were close to 10 years from the last time we upgraded. He was very detailed and transparent on what needed to be done. We felt comfortable moving forward with his suggestion. Christian came to assist as no one was expecting to replace a water heater today. Zach and Christian took their time and were incredibly meticulous and detailed. They explained every step along the way and didn’t leave until our and even their own expectations were met. Thank you both for being so personable and professional. We look forward to having you back for the annual flush. I would recommend Zach, Christian and Kalka to anyone.
