Angel from Patriot came by today and fixed our toilet leak in a quick manner. He was very professional and ensured the bathroom was as clean as when he came. I would recommend Angel highly.

Look no further for a plumbing professional. This company is amazing. I have worked with Mark and Gary on different issues and each of them are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, etc. They offered suggestions to me on the phone to save time and determine if a service call was needed. It may not have worked but reduced their time to fix and my cost to pay. This is the only company we will use for any plumbing or rooter issues we have.

We called on a Saturday early morning to report that we weren't getting hit water. So Angel came in an hour. Our water heater was 12-13 years old, so it was time to get a new one. He did a great job. It was done cleanly, quickly, and very professionally. We'd recommend him and Patriot Plumbing to everyone. Thank you!

Gary at Patriot Plumbing was fantastic. Our office has been dealing with toilet issues and we couldn't figure it out until Gary. He was quick, efficient, kind, and trusting. We will not go anywhere else now that we found Patriot Plumbing!

Recently used Patriot Plumbing for a toilet replacement. James was great in terms of communication and timeliness. I have also used Patriot Plumbing in the past for other plumbing needs and they are consistently professional, on time, and reasonably priced.

It all started with the owner Gary who picked up the phone and inquired about my concerns. I work long hours and he was thoughtful about making sure my last minute needs were specifically addressed prior to my appointment. That personal touch is rare and a truly pleasant surprise!

Seamlessly, Mark and Gus came on time and guided me through the entire process to put me at ease. Cost was reasonable and most importantly they worked very well together. I could not ask for a better professional team who were technically seasoned and communicated well with each other in addition to me:). Quick and efficient doesn't do justice to how my actual appointment went with them.

Prior to installing our new refrigerator back in October, it was brought to our attention that the refrigerator emergency stop was faulty and needed to be replaced. Patriot Plumbing sent Mark Peterson out for the job. He was friendly, personable and easy to work with. He also graciously assisted my husband with hooking the fridge up! Thanks Mark! We actually saw Mark again in early December when he diagnosed a pipe leak in our bedroom wall which we had assumed was a slab leak. After isolating the leak and relieving our anxiety, he had it repaired in no time. And last, but not least, we had the pleasure of seeing Mark once again in late December for a water heater leak in our garage! He had it replaced and running within a few hours. Always knowledgeable and capable. We love you Mark, but hopefully we won’t need to see you again for awhile! Take care 😎

We had a major iron drain pipe blockage in the ceiling and walls. After a visit with another well known drain company I quickly surmised they were up-selling me into some big $$$ expenses. James from Patriot came in and calmly explained what was going on and I could clearly recognize his experience and professionalism. He gave me the facts used a a superior camera and then did a very difficult repair that was impressive to watch. He had to cut open walls and ceiling, crawl into super tight spaces avoid hitting existing electric lines , gas lines and ducting. He accomplished this tough task while keeping my home nearly dust free and clean. You just can’t beat the job I received from James at Patriot Plumbing .Douglas.

Kalka installed HVAC system at my home in 2014. Since then, I have subscribed to their yearly maintenance and very happy with this investment. Their technicians are very knowledgable, detailed and friendly, especially Ryan Andrews. He is honest , sincere and knows his stuff.

The Kalka team have been to our home 2 times in the last 5 years. Our first visit was getting a couple more years out of a very old A/C. I wasn’t ready to replace so they did minor tweaks that helped and added an attic fan. It worked great keeping the house cool during those hot summers. Recently it was time to come back and install a complete new system. We shopped and there were less expensive options but a/c is not where you cut corners. Our system works great and has lowered our energy cost too. The team is courteous and efficient so we recommend the Kalka team.

Aaron Zuniga from Kalka arrived and jumped into fixing my leak issue and did an amazing job! Professional but friendly, informative but focused! Thank you Aaron for the great workmanship and your drive to do a job well done!

Ryan and his co worker (I forgot his name, sorry!) were a pleasure! They were very careful about putting on shoe coverings and wore masks the entire time. They spent a good amount of time tuning up our AC and furnace. Ryan was very detailed about how everything was running and had a couple of suggestions that would make our system better. We appreciated their professionalism and friendliness. We will take them up on their suggestions. We will definitely use Kalka again!

The technician was professional. The office staff and management need to work on communication and need to be clear on pricing. They explained the $89 charge was for the initial diagnosis and for the tech to come out. When they came to my home they said the $89 was only for the drive. The diagnosis would cost $236 an hour. I asked how much the is the hour rate for the repair. The tech explained that would vary on the work. Your pricing is not clear and the scope of work is not clear. It's a moving target.

Derek did a swift efficient jobThe technicians from Kalka did trouble-shooting on a difficult to detect flow in my AC and worked carefully for hours to repair it. Both the diagnosis and the cure were expertly done, as was the drywall repair above the unit.

I am very happy with the job that Zach Acosta performed. He patiently explained his work and brought me up to speed on his approach. He cut away my old kitchen faucet (I’m going to replace that myself) and then removed and replaced my outdoor front faucet. At no point did I feel confused or uncomfortable with him. He also made an effort to explain other areas of the house (water heater, main water shut off, water softener systems, annual service plan, etc.) that he could offer services in. He did a good job, other customers would like him, and his company should know that. Job well done!

Kalka Plumbing Heating and Air has provided many required services to me over the years. Most recently I had the main pipes and sewer line cleaned out to prevent blockages of my home. The team of plumbers (Zach and Kevin) went well beyond normal requirements to meet my needs. The response time was excellent and they were professional, courteous and did an excellent job. Even the office staff (Nancy and Margie) are friendly and helpful in scheduling and communicating with their customers. I would highly recommend Kalka Plumbing Heating and Air for many home repairs and needs.

Isaiah is committed to being thorough and patiently answered all of my questions. I have total piece of mind. He went above and beyond by helping me plan for an upcoming part replacement on my heater and advised me on how to properly do home maintenance to prevent unnecessary repairs.

Zach helped re-route our condensation line and he was fantastic. He was thorough and explained everything in great detail. We will definitely use him for future plumbing needs.

Ryan and the team at Kalka have been taking care of my heating and cooling systems for over 20 years now. They are extremely knowledgeable, and just nice people!
