There was no service call charge and they provide a flat rate after identifying the issue. They were thorough in analyzing the problem, resolving it, and testing the outcome. Johnny provided clear explanations, advised, and answered all my questions. They were careful with my sink and plumbing and with cleaning up. I would recommend them to friends and family. Happy that Zoom Drain responded to my outdoor drain being clogged with 15 years of root growth. Miguel was easy to talk to and I did not believe jetting with water would clear the roots. To my surprise, the roots are gone. He was very thorough moving the jet slowly through the clog. Happy with the service and Miguel. I thought $420 was a little steep for a 35 minute job.

Miguel and Junior did a great job identifying my drainage issue in the backyard. They were able to flush out and break up roots in my drain using hydro jet services. They arrived in 1 hr from when I called. This company has their act together

Zoom Drain was AWESOME! Rodger, my technician, was so great! He came out initially to do a free inspection and offer a free quote. He spent a lot of time with me trying to diagnose properly and re-create the drain backing up issue. We identified that my drains were full of FOG (Fat, Oil, and Grease), a peanut butter like substance. Roto Rooter came weeks earlier to snake the drain, and made no difference. Rodger, with Zoom Drain, suggested that we hydroblast the drain to blast through and remove that peanut butter like substance all together. Not only that, another one of our drains, the main line, had a root interference from trees. He showed me the FOG and the roots with a camera that he inserted into the drains before blasting them. Now my drains are running clear! Finally! What a great service, and what a great technician! I’m so grateful for Roger. We felt so comfortable with him. He was on time, professional, friendly, thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure, our trains were taken care of correctly. We’ll definitely use them again!

They were our 4th plumbers called to discern a plumbing issue. Miguel listened to “our story” and diagnosed the problem. He hydro jetted from a clean- out that a previous plumber did not even look for! After doing his work with a camera inside the drain pipe, he declared clean! Follow up water proved it clear. He was professional, informed and tidy. Just wish we had made his call on our first try….2 months and many headaches ago.

Zoom is our go to business when it comes to yard drain issues. They clean out blockages and give you good and bad news if your pipes are compromised by tree roots. Best to be proactive when it comes to yard drainage and they are good at what they do!

These guys are professional and quick. Was able to have someone to our house the same day and they inspected the issue at no cost. He was very informative and helpful. Will use them again.

My kitchen disposal backed up so I tried to plunge it but ended up backing up the laundry room sink. Of course this happened at 9:30 at night. Zoom Drain was responsive and got someone scheduled to come right after texting them at 8:30 am. Jorge was awesome clearing the pipe and explaining what he was doing.

Miguel came on Monday and spent 2-3 hours snaking my kitchen sink without success. He returned with Jorge on Tuesday to water blast it. They worked hard and eventually unclogged it. They discovered the cause was coconut oil which hardens in drains. I never used coconut oil but a woman who lived with me during Covid did. They could see with their camera that the sides of the pipe were still coated with gunk so they put something down the sink to clean the pipe completely and they were successful. Miguel and Jorge were diligent in their task, they were respectful of my property and cleaned up completely after they were done. I highly recommend Zoom Drains of Orange County.

Jorge arrived on time. He analyzed the problem and fixed the problem. Jorge is very cordial and cares about his quality of work. I recommend Zoom Drain for any drainage issues you may have. You can call a plumber and they will refer you to Zoom Drain for drainage problems.

Miguel was just fantastic! He was actually early for the appointme, knew exactly how to repair the clogged drain, and even asked if there were other issues that he might address while he was still there. Very accommodating, very personable and conscientious. Would definitely use Zoom drain again!

They ran a 100 foot snake all the way to the city connection then inspected with a camera .

Ian was recommended to me by my plumber as I was in need of having my kitchen line hydrojetted. Ian gave me a quote for the work done, but he was able to finish the job quickly and adjusted my quote for a few bucks off- I appreciate his efficiency but more importantly his honesty. Will 100% use Zoom in the future.

Extremely disappointed — this company flooded my home and has failed to resolve the damage for months.

Zoom Drain was hired and paid upfront to perform plumbing services at my property before Thanksgiving. During their work, they left the water on, which caused severe flooding throughout the home and destroyed my newly installed flooring. No one else was present but Zoom workers. The home was vacant and rent-ready prior to this incident.

Initially, Zoom Drain refused to take responsibility for the damage they caused. Responsibility was only acknowledged later, after we were forced to stand our ground. This was an extremely stressful and pressured situation that should never happen to a customer whose home has just been damaged by a contractor’s negligence.

Zoom Drain selected the flooring company for remediation. That company came once to inspect and take samples. Since then, we have experienced weeks of delays, missed follow-ups, “next week” promises, no samples delivered, days with no response, and absolutely no progress. As of the end of January, we still do not have our flooring replaced.

Because of this failure to remediate, I cannot show the home, have had to pull all rental advertisements, and am continuing to suffer loss of rental income. I have repeatedly requested insurance information, a claims contact, and a clear timeline. None have been provided. Calls and messages often go unanswered.

I have sent multiple written notices, including a detailed letter dated December 10 outlining the events, followed by a formal final demand letter. These have largely been ignored.

If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be filing a complaint with the California State License Board (CSLB) and pursuing all other available remedies. No homeowner should have to chase a plumbing company for months after their negligence causes major property damage.

Mistakes can happen. What matters is how a company responds. Leaving a customer with a damaged, uninhabitable home for months without resolution is unacceptable.

This review will be updated once Zoom Drain takes full responsibility and the damage is properly remediated.

I had same issue before and resolved it by a company that had a powerful hydrogen not a small one that I could rent at Home Depot myself !
