I found this company after doing some research, and everyone had very positive things to say about them. I called them to fix a blockage in my backyard. During the first visit, they worked for nearly two hours but unfortunately couldn’t resolve the issue.

After that, I spoke with the company, and Service Manager Ian personally came back the same day. He spent almost another two hours trying to fix the problem, but it turned out to be a very difficult case. He didn’t give up — the next day he returned with different equipment and worked for about another hour.

Although the issue couldn’t be resolved, I truly appreciate how hard they tried. It was clear they did everything they could. Their dedication to customer satisfaction, professionalism, and persistence really impressed me.

Even though the problem wasn’t solved, their effort and honesty meant a lot to me. I would definitely work with this company again and highly recommend them to others.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of the team at Zoom Drain from start to finish. I received quotes from their competitors. Zoom Drain arrived when they said they would, provided me with a complete quote including a description of services and followed up on it. Scheduling my service was a breeze. They called me and texted to tell me when my agent would arrive and he did. He had my problem solved much faster than I thought possible. Miguel was a pro's pro. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Fatima and Ian in the office operated in the same fashion which tells me that they have a positive and consistent company culture. These are my go-to plumbers. They helped us years ago with leak detection and now every time I have a drainage issue I give them a call!! You won't be disappointed weigh their knowledge, professionaism, or integrity!

When they re piped my home, one guy from their crew completely broke apart my air duct and didnt even mentioned it. I found out about it a year later after trying to sell my home and a home inspection was done. That buyer backed out. Also, one guy cracked the ceiling, when their drywall guy came out to fix it, it was still noticeable.

After getting a few quotes, we chose Severson for a rental property in Canyon Crest. They were prompt and professional, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Our condo HOA uses Severson plumbing and they (Severson) have repeatedly turned off our water WITH NO NOTICE. As a mother caring for an infant at home this is UNACCEPTABLE. They turn it off for projects that they have advance notice of and do not leave a note on the door or in a common area (the crew may tell the owner they do but they dont). Very disappointing service when they were in my home repiping our unit as well; items broken (a chair leg) and tools laid on a stainless steel surface which scratched the surface, closet door broken. The owner did try to have everything repaired the best he could but it was still a horrible experience that I had to document and take pictures of. I just spoke to him about the water being shut off (which I do give him credit for calling me back) and he said his guys left a notice in a common area and then he said his guys knocked on all the units that were being affected - if they had left a physical notice they wouldn't need to run around knocking on doors. What about people who don't hear the knock or are busy with a baby and won't answer the door? So frustrating and unprofessional for these plumbers to do this especially when I've called them in the past letting then know we had no notice!
