If you want it done right.... CALL THEM ! Jake, my service technician, was like a clairvoyant in figuring out my plumbing mystery. I was so relieved with the 100% can do attitude and VERY fair price. 10 star if it could be... I had them replace my water heater years ago and it was the same great experience. You can tell it's a well run organization and that there is one objective and that is to take care of the anxiety you may have when a plumbing issue is sending your spirits down the drain ! Thanks again!!

Great service for a fair price! Bryce was very helpful. He even ran a camera into the drain to show me the clog for no extra charge. He cleaned the clog and made sure everything was in working order and then made sure the area was clean before he left. I will definitely be using them again and would definitely recommend them!

My kitchen sink was not draining properly and became clogged like it did 3 years ago. VIP hydrojetted the drain and did a very good job so we decided to call them again. They came the same day to see the problem and fixed it the next day. (They didn't have the hydrojet truck on the first day.) Garrett and his associate did a great job this time too. It was a little pricey and I don't understand how the same service cost $300 more but it was worth it.

Their name says it all... VIP! I was treated like a VIP by Robert Sandoval. He was very professional, upfront, and treated me like a very valuable customer. He notified me via text when he was on his way to my house. He quoted me a reasonable price and he got the job done pretty quick. He took before and after pictures and showed me the pipe that was cracked and that was needed to replace. I would do business again with him and VIP Sewer and Drain Services. Well done! Thank you.

I had a clogged kitchen sink drain. Tyler and George came, gave me a free estimate, and we scheduled the work for a time that was mutually convenient. Tyler and George were on time. Tarped my floor carefully and did a wonderful job solving my drain problem. They were professional, pleasant, hardworking, and really good at their job. I would recommend VIP for drainage issues.

My elderly dad was struggling with a leaky toilet he kept attempting to repair himself. I called VIP Sewer and they took take care of the problem. They also accommodated my dad's language needs. I would use VIP again in the future.

I’ve had a parade of tradesmen thru my home over the years. Some good. Some bad. The VIP guys were exceptional. On time. Competent. Eager to please. I recommend them.

Great service and showed up on time and relatively fast service. Perfect work without any other damage, and very knowledgeable. Only negative was about pricing starting very reasonable, but had to also replace valves due to one being stuck open, price nearly doubled.

Bryce did a super job installing the replacement faucet set and toilet this morning! He was professional and most helpful with advice on the best fit and quality for our needs. My bathroom looks new again! I trust VIP for such installations and cleaning out the sewer line on previous clogs!

Super helpful and knowledgeable. Thought I had a root issue but they checked the pressure and the meters, bathrooms and sink and everything seemed within normal range. Really appreciated them taking the time to thoroughly check and explain the ranges. Will def be using the again if we ever had any issues!!
