Outstanding service from VIP from the scheduling through job completion. Researched various companies starting from Yelp overview and settled on VIP because their website indicated that they had sufficient technical capability and resources to handle whatever the problem turned out to be for my non-urgent area drain clog problem. Called to schedule and got a same day 2-hour window, immediately followed by a text asking if I was available for an even earlier time, which was great! Very friendly and clearly well experienced Service Tech Garrett Lilly arrived 20 minutes later, diagnosed the problem with great efficiency, and quoted a fair and reasonable price. Two hours later after extensive hydro-jetting and things were draining nicely. He was very conscientious about cleaning up an putting everything back to original condition. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

Needed some drain clearing work done on our family business kitchen sink. Was quoted very high costs from a few companies. Some others out there wanted $90 just to come estimate the work. I was trying to get something done today. This was not an emergency, but was getting quoted emergency prices. I then was reached out to by Nick, the owner of VIP Services. He told me to call the office and that they had availability this afternoon. After calling, I was told that there was no availability until after the weekend, so I declined the service. I messaged Nick back to thank him, and told him that I was told there was no availability. Nick did not let that get in the way of helping us out. He told me to give him my details, and that he would have someone there ASAP. Within minutes, I was texted by his employee, Tristan and that he was on his way. Both him and his partner George showed up within the hour, assessed our issue, gave a fair quote and got to work. Job was handled quickly and professionally.

VIP is exactly how this company made my family company feel. We are contractors, and know what it means to be punctual, dependable and fair. Nick and his company, VIP Services, are the only company you should call for your plumbing needs. They have a lot of 5-star reviews for good reasons, and I had no problem adding to their strong reputation. Nick is running his business at a very high level, and it shows.

I contacted VIP Sewer and Drain to repair a leaking faucet in one of the bathrooms in my 23 year old home. John, the plumbing specialist who came out did an amazing job! His customer service is by far the best of any plumbing specialist I have ever hired. Not only did he fix my faucet issues, but he provided a wealth of expert advice on multiple other plumbing related challenges in my home. John described himself as a "plumbing nerd", which I found extremely valuable. I ended up taking his advice and having him also install a new Flow Tech water softener alternative system that continuously cleans and prevents hard water calcification and scaling issues (and doesn't require soft water which I don't like).

I could not more highly recommend John from VIP Sewer and Drain for any plumbing needs. As a retired software executive who has run multiple businesses over the past 30+ years, I can say that John is someone I would absolutely hire; he has a passion for his profession that is so refreshing, combined with great customer service, communication skills and work ethic. I will definitely be using VIP Sewer and Drain from now on as my first call for any plumbing, sewer or drain issues that arise.

Tyler came by and fixed our leaking sink in the matter of minutes! I would highly recommend their services, very honest, polite and professional. Will definitely be calling them for future services.

John was a literal fountain of knowledge - explaining every detail of what he was doing - why it was being done - and the impact of the work he was doing (which my wife and I really appreciated).

Had a problem with my front drain, had another company come out who hydro-jetted the drains, but could not find a blockage which prevented eight drains from draining to the street. Was told I needed to cut an exploratory 3 x 3 piece out of the cement and that it would only be exploratory and the cost wouldn't even cover replacing the concrete that was torn up, and there was no guarantee we would actually find where the blockage in the drain pipe was. Called VIP sewer and drain services, spoke with someone made an appointment for that day, got a call 15 minutes later and said a technician could be there that afternoon. Technician took a look, said he needed to come back the next day, in the end, he found two drains which were completely buried under grass and dirt and was able to remove the obstruction in the drain pipes without having to remove any concrete. The technician's name was Garrett and he did a great job. Very customer focused person.

Nick was very professional and helpful in working with us on a fair bid for lining our sewer main and installing a ‘top hat’ to the city main sewer line. Raphael (the tech assigned to our project) did a great job and explained every step to us.

John came to our home to diagnose a slow drain with a toilet. He was prompt, clean, and gave options on the best solution for the issue at hand. Very professional and courteous. I think we found ourselves a forever plumber.

For several days, my family noticed a sewer-like odor coming from one of the bedrooms in our house. At times, the smell was mild, but one night it became so strong that it kept us awake. The next morning, I searched Yelp for sewer services and found VIP Sewer and Drain Services. I called them, and their technician arrived later that morning.

He didn’t find any direct evidence of a sewer issue but suggested exploring other possibilities—such as mold in the carpet. If those didn’t pan out, he recommended a sewer smoke test to detect potential leaks in the pipes and provided a quote for the service. To my surprise, he didn’t charge for the visit, which I really appreciated. I wish more companies operated with that kind of integrity.

Eventually, I discovered the true source of the smell: a couple of defective lithium batteries in an electrical device in the bedroom. They had started to melt and smoke. Once I replaced the batteries, the odor disappeared completely.

Requesting this type of service is a stressful event that the homeowner has little experience with. Garrett was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining my options to clear my drains. His professionalism was much appreciated - I will definitely call VIP again if I require any drain service.

Mario came out and did a great job with the camera. We found some issues that need to be addressed. Mario provider an estimate with a drawing of the work to be done and I was very appreciative for his professionalism.

This was my 1st meeting and estimate cost for dealing with a whole house water filtration system. To say I was impressed - is an understatement. He was on time. That’s huge. No 2-3 hour window of waiting. Respectful… and offered to wear foot coverings. Not only were multiple options offered.. there was no upselling. Zero. Plus he took the time to even look at various other plumbing related issues. Wow. Amazing customer service BEFORE we even addressed the estimates. He came prepared and delivered excellent customer service and professionalism. It was so much better…. We even addressed previous plumbing repairs that were done poorly.
