Simpex really pulled through for me when I was in desperate need! I had a plumbing issue and they were very courteous and professional! I will definitely call them the next time I have a plumbing concern and have already referred them to a friend! I called them out for a running toilet. First visit they changed the flapper, valve and tube. Didn't fix the problem. They came back 2 more times and changed gasket and bolts? Toilet still running. The 3rd visit the plumber charged me another $50 even though the toilet still ran! They never could figure out the problem and even told me if they had to come out again I would have to replace the entire tank.

Finally gave up on them and called a different plumbing company who found out the toilet model and actually ordered the correct Mansfield fill tube and flapper to fix the issue. Turns out just slapping universal parts on a toilet can lead to leakage.

Simpex did a great job re-piping our 2-story, 3 bath house. They started on time, took the time to carefully protect floors and furniture, and the water was turned back on by 5 pm that day. They of course took care of the city permit and the appointment for the inspector (which was first thing on day 2). The job included patching and texturing A LOT of holes in the walls and ceilings (plus some stucco), and they did a great job on all of that on day 3. That was a huge job but the team worked until 9 pm on a Saturday to get it all done. I decided to save money by painting myself, and the quality of their patching and texturing was apparent after everything was painted (can't tell where the cutouts were). I went with Simpex because they did a good job on my friend's house and because their price was very reasonable (and they give a lifetime warranty). Needless to say, I highly recommend them.

The team at Simplex starting with Dante, Phil and the crew lead by Edgar did a miraculous job. My house was a complex one and they did the whole job re-pipe and patch in less than 48 hours. The pricing was great and they were beyond helpful in detecting other fixes in an efficient manner. I'm very thankful for their service and will be recommending to all my family and friends.

After getting 4 other bids, a neighbor referred us to SimPex. We couldn’t be happier with the overall re-pipe experience. Simpex gave us a very thorough explanation of exactly what would be done and the length of time.
First, they were on time! The re-pipe on day 1 and the dry wall on day 2. The re-pipe crew provided quality service and went above and beyond what was expected! The dry wall crew was amazing! The detail to repair all the holes and the texturing was flawless and undetectable. Repainting was unnecessary. Truly amazing work!

I recently had my water heater give out and reached out on yelp for a few quotes. Simpex reached out and offered for their plumber to come out and give me a quote for the replacement at no cost for the visit. They were able to install a new one the next day within a couple of hours! I was so happy they could help me out so quickly and at a great price. I would recommend this company for any major plumbing projects 10/10 times. Their teams are professional, communicative, and effective. The sales associate Dante and manager Joseph answered every single one of my questions and addressed every single concerned I had through out the repipe process for my house. They are very professional and meticulous with details.

Their crews are well staffed and trained with extensive experience so they didn't need to rush to meet their schedule. The repipe crew I had, led by Edgar, cared about quality and was able to complete the job as they promised in one day. The patching crew, led by Luis, did a wonderful job at patching and matching the finishing texture to the adjacent walls.

They make sure their customer is happy and satisfied with their work. I informed the office when I observed some minor issues after the repipe. Joseph immediately coordinated with their foreman to come by my house to fix those issues on the same day. When an issue turned out to be not part of their responsibilities, they offered me with alternatives to fix the situation so I did not walk out unsatisfied.

We used Simpex for a whole home RE-pipe. Our sales person Dante was informative and answered all my questions. The day of the RE-pipe Edgar, Brandon and the rest of the large team were friendly, professional, on time, thorough with their walk through at completion, and cleaned up after themselves. I was thoroughly pleased with the whole process. They completed my 3400 sq ft home in one day. I have 3 bathrooms, laundry sink, bar sink, water to fridge, and to pasta filler. Day 2, the patch and texture crew came in and did a great job matching some tough textures. I have no problem highly recommending Simpex. For the record, I met with 4 other companies that did not meet my discriminating taste.

I looked at pro-actively re-piping our house three years ago and got quotes from three companies. At the time I just wanted to get a feel for what the cost would be and ultimately decided not to do it. Kids are gone, only the two of us and whenever we were out of town, we would shut the main water off to avoid any potential issues. And of course, three years go by until we got the pinhole leak in our kitchen.
Time to re-pipe and pull out the old quotes and review web sites for re-pipe companies and comments from customers. I spent a lot of time reviewing comments and got three quotes, two from companies I previously considered and one other company that popped up a few times during the review.
After a lot of reviews, questions, comparisons etc. we selected a company called Simpex (family owned) out of Irvine. I met with Dante their sales manager. He came in and explained the entire process with me and talked about various options with Whole House Filtration Systems and Water Softeners. Ultimately, we selected a Halo5 system to go along with our re-pipe and thus far have been very please. We noticed the difference in the water quality very quickly.
The day before the repipe we received an email from Simpex outlining what would happen the entire day. It was a very detailed step by step process of what the workers would be doing. The workers arrived in the morning as scheduled and walked through the house with us and recommended moving certain things so they were not in the way and would not get damaged. Right after the walk through the process began. Even though we had the email outlining all the steps involved it was pretty amazing watching the crew in action. Everyone was constantly in motion doing and they were cutting holes all over the place. Seven (7) hours later they were done. The water was turned on and working great.
Shortly after that the drywall workers came to repair all the holes that were made during the repipe. This was a very long day as they arrived later than expected due to picking up supplies and adverse weather. Anyway, they got started right away and finished the house in about 10 hours. They did their best to lay coverings down all over the house and put-up plastic sheeting where needed to minimize the dust. All in all, they did a really good job with the drywall repair but just be aware that no matter how careful and neat they were there inevitably is a lot of clean you have to do after they are gone. It’s just that way it is.
Overall – really good job, no complaints and really good customer service. The office called a number of times before, during and after to make sue everything was going ok and also reminded us if there are any issues to call the office and they would come out to rectify any issues.

I shopped repipe among several vendors. Simpex was the only vendor who spent the time to understand our unique situation, sent technicians out on their time to be sure they could solve the issues, helped us get the correct fixtures needed as part of the job and was fair to us and them in a contract price unlike anyone else we sought proposals from.
Their work was professional, well done, passed inspections by the city and other friends of mine in the industry I had look at the work as it was being done.
I would recommend them and already have to several people.
Their previous high ratings of satisfaction were well deserved and I am thankful I found Simpex in my search.

Nov '23: I was referred to Simpex by At-House after inquiring about getting our water main moved into our garage for our water softening system. We ended up doing a full whole-house repipe through Simpex. Everything went smoothly and we had a great experience working with them.

May '24: We discovered a leak within our wall behind our water softening system. We called Simpex and after confirming the leak, Simpex honored their warranty, fixing the leak and patching the wall back up. I had the pleasure of working with Joel, Joseph, and Kenny. I highly recommend Simpex!

Jaime and the team and Simpex are complete professionals with a vast knowledge of all things plumbing. They are very organized, trained and efficient when it comes to scheduling appts, at home visits for evaluations and doing the actual work. The communication is top notch and you always know what is going on. They have a great system for estimates and approvals, Simpex makes sure to check all the boxes throughout the entire process. I’m very pleased with the work that I received, it was done in the time frame that was quoted, I received a thorough recap of the work with photos, and was walked through each step (why things needed to be done and how they were going to fix). Not to mention, I had a concern on Saturday (after job was done on Thursday) and called Jaime, he did some troubleshooting over the phone and then offered to come out and check out the problem (which he solved and fixed - not a Simpex mistake). They also have very competitive and fair pricing. I would 100% recommend Simpex and without a doubt would call them again if any plumbing problems came up.

Dont know quite where to start. I left for work early one morning and thought "mmm! My floor is all warm! Wait a minute. I don't HAVE underfloor heating". That's how it all started.
We got 4 quotes for the slab leak. Simpex came in cheapest but their reviews spoke for themselves. You never know quite what you're going to get, but I took a gamble. thankfully this time it was the right one!
It wasn't just that they did a BRILLIANT job repiping and keeping the mess to a minimum. Or that they repatched and you would never know anything had happened. Or that they arranged for all the city permits and inspectors and I didn't have to lift a finger. No, what REALLY did it for me was the communication. I was at work (I'm a nurse, and I work 12 hours in the hospital and I can't just answer the phone or coordinate services when I'm focused on other things like people's lives) and they accommodated me with text message and email updates, and I got back to them whenever I could take a minute. Everything was done online or via email including billing and everything was EXTREMELY transparent. Whenever I had a concern or question, I could call and I would immediately get a REAL person who could answer my questions because the notes on my job were all there. They are very well coordinated behind the scenes, and the work crew they sent out were excellent in both cases.
They turned an incredibly stressful experience into a simple "we'll take it from here, we've got you". All I had to do was sit back and let them do what they know how to do. I'm incredibly grateful for their speedy service, transparency, communication, coordination, and unbeatable price. Thank you Simpex. I would recommend you to anyone. And it's wonderful to sleep peacefully at night not worrying that another pipe is going to go at some point. Case closed! :)

We had a great experience with using Simpex to repipe our entire house from demo to repairing the drywall. We also added a new water heater and some bathroom fixtures. All work was done within 2 days with an expert crew. Their pricing was fair and less expensive than the other quotes we received. We could not be happier with the service, especially the communication from the owner and the crew such as Oscar and Joel Garcia who spent time talking to us and answering our questions. The crew was always on time and professional. We also had a problem with our gas line going to our BBQ in the backyard, and Joel fixed the problem that no one was able to do. I would definitely rehire them for any future plumbing needs.

Joel Garcia was amazing! He came and updated our old broken water heater with a new energy efficient Bradford White water heater. Upgraded all our hardware to retrofit the new heater.

I had my drain pipe replaced with an ABS pipe. Joel did exceptional job. He took the time to explain to me and left no mess afterwards. He put plastic sheets on open holes and tested it out thoroughly. Very nice person to work with and very reasonable rates. I recommend him without reservation.
