Please be careful when you hire this company to do your diagnosis and plumbing report!! They will take a hefty fee of $450 to do that report for you and cannot even deliver it by end of day after spending over an hour at the property. This means that you STILL have pipes burst and leaking everywhere and cannot make a decision on what to do! We keep calling the office to see if it is done so we can get the project started, and they continue to delay. THAT IS UNPROFESSIONAL. BE AWARE OF THESE OTHER 5 STAR REVIEWS THAT MIGHT BE INAUTHENTIC!!! They came highly recommended by SOS RESTORATION, which now is questionable as well! So frustrating when you have leaks that can lead to mold and other damages and company does not seem to care!
