Called Brian late Thursday about slab leak; he had me a quote by 10 am Friday am and started job Saturday am @ 7:30 am. Complete re-piping by end of day and renter had water turned back on. Repairs to walls and outside stucco completed by Sunday afternoon. It. was a masterful job from start to finish Tenant was extremely happy with the entire crew and their professionalism in all aspects. I can’t say enough good things about Brian and Simpex!!!

I had the Simpex team replace the water line on a four-unit apartment building. While such a big job is always daunting, I was extremely happy with the Simpex team. Dante came out and gave me a competitive bid; he explained the scope and timeline of the work in a way I could understand.

The team was able to schedule quickly, and was extremely communicative throughout the process. I received helpful updates from Phu, who also helped me coordinate with the city for a permit. Hector led the on-site work. The team also patches up the walls after construction, which saved me the headache of finding someone to do that and receiving multiple bids.

Simpex is one of the finest companies we’ve dealt with. This week Simpex handled the repiping of our home. Two crews came in on different days; they were hardworking, very focused on doing a good job and getting it done in a timely manner. We were so impressed by their skill level and their work ethic, and they left things in good order. The communication was excellent: scheduling the meeting with the estimator was quick as well as scheduling the job. Every communication with the office staff was easy, efficient, and when we called with a few questions, they were welcoming and found out the information we needed. There was no bait and switch with the price or added fees ... very honest ... a company with integrity which is hard to find these days. We give them the highest rating and recommendation.

I am really glad we chose SIMPEX for our re-pipe in July 2022. Four months later and I am still a very happy customer. I have no regrets! The value and service is excellent. The company is very professional and offers a great warranty. They were willing to get permits and the city inspector said that Simpex did above and beyond what was required in the re-pipe process. The whole re-pipe was done in one day and the next day the drywall and patching was completed. I had very little time without water. This is a huge plus when you are doing a re-pipe.

Dante, the sales rep, came to our home on time and offered us many options. I had a lot of questions regarding keeping our fairly new water heater vs. purchasing a tankless and whether we should get a recirculation pump to get hot water faster. Dante answered everything thoroughly and professionally. He was not trying to upsell me, instead he gave me honest advice and I chose to do the whole house repipe with the Uponor Pex and a Halo water filtration system, and change three shower valves in my bathrooms, while keeping my almost new water heater. This was just right for my family and my home.

The pipes are so quiet now. I have excellent water pressure. The hot water is hot right away. (I didn't go with the recirculation pump, Dante was right, we didn't need it). The Halo water filtration system is excellent. We now have clean drinking and washing water with a significant reduction in scale and it is maintenance free.

As you can see, I am a detailed person, I did my research and interviewed several local plumbers and asked neighbors who had re-piped. I got several quotes, all were much higher priced than Simpex and the other companies were unable to complete the job in one day. Tanya, in the office, was always pleasant and helpful with scheduling and pricing. At one point I even spoke with the owner, Brian who answered all my questions regarding my shower valves and risers thoroughly. Lastly, Joseph helped us finalize all the details and we didn't pay until we were completely satisfied.

I am so disappointed with the service we received from this company. We hired them to repipe our home. While repiping the house they damaged our wood countertops in the laundry room and kitchen by dropping pipes on them and putting large dings and scratches in the countertops and breaking the molding in the kitchen and at the coffee bar. During the drywall and texture phase they left our home in complete disarray. They repair patches were unprofessional and incomplete as many areas were left without texture put back onto the wall. They were lazy and did not even remove the outlet covers instead just textured around or on the outlet covers. They had texture all over everything in our home, on the floors, cabinets, baseboards, cabinet pulls, and countertops. While I appreciate they came out three times trying to correct their mistakes the damage still has not been resolved. They tried to glue the broken kitchen molding back together and in doing so we now have wood glue dripping down our kitchen cabinets and on our countertops. They tried to fix the wood countertops by throwing some wood putty in the holes which didn't match in color and fell out the next day. I have tried for several weeks to reach the owner to discuss the damages to our home with no return phone call.

Quick and friendly Service! The team at Simpex is very transparent and follow-up was quick and thorough. As soon as I sent an inquiry, I got a call the next day from their office to make my appointment to get my kitchen faucet replaced. Hector came by and got it done within an hour and even took time to explain what he did.

Simpex handled the repiping of our condo at a very competitive price. The repiping took one day, followed by two days for city inspections and two days for drywall patching. Overall, I’m very happy with the results. Joseph and Jessica were especially responsive throughout the process.

In all honesty, I am so happy with this entire job completed by Simpex! I had a hot water slab leak all over my hallway. It was spreading quickly so I needed this job done asap. I met with Dante, the sales manager to go over the job details and pricing. I had called over 10 local companies and none of them could beat the price quoted to me by Simpex. In just two days, my entire house was repiped in pex, all drywall and stucco patched and textured, and job site cleaned up. My water was back on after day one. I have vaulted ceilings in my house, so I was worried about how they were going to get access to my bathrooms and kitchen.
