Amazing service! They were the best. They came right on time, communication was great, and the technicians were friendly and patient. Not only did they fix the problem but they carefully considered the plumbing of my house and tailored their solutions to my specific needs. They didn't upsell me at all. I joked that I'd see them in a year for another cleaning and they explained that I could buy certain items on my own so I wouldn't have to pay for another visit. I would recommend them to all my friends dealing with main sewer line problems.

Well, I don’t know exactly how I flushed a wash cloth down my toilet and blocked it but I did. This was my first time using Zoom Drain and I was beyond impressed with Johnny, my technician, down to Steve who answered the phone. Upfront pricing, no gimmicks or hidden fees. Everyone was friendly, polite, professional and a true pleasure to work with. I’ve used many plumbing services before and paid double what I paid today for a blocked toilet.

Excellent service. Zoom was recommended by our regular plumber. They quickly diagnosed the problem after giving us a fee quite up front and removed hair and dental floss clogging line. Grit to see the camera view to see amount of gunk accumulated. Johnny did a great job of explaining process and future outlook and maibtence tips

They were a great help in fixing our drain issue recently. Ian was the technician that came out, and he answered all our questions, was thorough and even came back a week later to help put in a new clean out cap. Great service!

Amazing service and authenticity. I evaluated at least five providers before landing on Zoom drain and Ian and Jay were the primary reason was sold. They were reasonable. Prompt, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I got a family type honest vibe and that came through in the service. They worked hard and were super transparent about solutions. He was thorough in his description of the problem went above beyond to take the time to ensure everything was working properly and and fixed a couple other things I did not notice free of charge. Second time using Zoom drain. First time was our patio drains and this time was our main house drain. So glad I found them and so happy with the results. We had a root intrusion in our drain system that was blocking our sewer line. Johnny was very helpful and professional. It was a big job on our house, and even though we are still a bit stressed, we feel more comfortable with Zoom Drain. Their support and help were very important for us, specially the assistance from Johnny and his help is really appreciated.

Had a kitchen sink drain so couldn’t run the dishwasher either without smelly water standing in the sink. Appears to have been from oils built up over time in the line to the street. Took a couple attempts but Johnny was the hero. Very responsive and arrived early, explained what was happening and cleaned up. Thanks again.

Zoom Drain responded quickly and even arrived early to fix my clogged shower drain and slow-draining bathroom sink. Miguel and his teammate were professional, efficient, and addressed all my questions and concerns. After restoring water flow, the technicians treated both drains with Zoom Drain’s solution and cleaned up the area. Highly recommend.

The technician Johnny was very professional, nice, and courteous. They came in lightning fast speed (showed up within a couple of hours after I called) and fixed a tricky sink that’s clogged for a week. They wiped the floor clean and left no garbage. Five stars!

Prompt polite service call, but was unable to take care of the root ball problem; however, gave suggestions on using a root dissolving powder/foam, will give that a try, fingers crossed.
