If you are even considering Repipe 1 as the company to help you with your frustrating house problem, you are already on the path to a fixed plumbing system. 2 full work days and they're done. Someone might need to come back to do some small touch-up work but that's expected. Don't waste your time looking at other companies.

I’ve worked with Repipe-1 in the past, they did a whole condo repiping, great experience, one stop shop.
Recently there was a drain leak in the unit. They came out to inspect the same morning after contacting them. We were able to schedule the repair a few days later.
Alberto finished the drain replacement (nice and clean job), explained everything why and what he is doing, I really appreciated that.
From the office Veronica, Cruz and Jenny helped with scheduling, payments and even with the plumbing report for the insurance. Everybody has been very responsive, replying right away, which is much appreciated in stressful times. Well done Repipe-1!

I got a whole-house repipe done with Repipe 1 last week. The entire process was seamless. Alexis, Cruz/Karla were great to work with for the estimate and scheduling/inspections. Gilbert and his crew were top-notch with the demo and repipe. The rebuilding team was super efficient and did a great job patching up as well. Overall, this company exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them.

Finding a leak that is causing damage is never fun. We called three plumbing companies to evaluate the issue. Alberto and team Repipe was head and shoulders above the rest in knowledge and customer service.

For example, Alberto came in and took the time to understand the problem. He spent 1.5 hours with us checking everything thoroughly, explained his thinking, answered my questions and was overall smart and kind. During his evaluation process, I noticed that he took care of the little things like putting things back into place, placing down mats before inspecting, cleaning up after each task. He was very detailed oriented, even down to writing down the details in the estimate.

Then, when we came back with a crew to work with, they continued with that level of quality and detail all throughout. Each member of their crew was kind, smart and detail-oriented. We are happy to share that we have working water again and there is no more damage to our home. Ultimately we had a main line leak.

Repipe1 was not the cheapest option but they weren't too bad either. More importantly, is that they were the most skilled and did their work with quality. Alberto and team's customer service and knowledge is what won us over. We still have patching to do so we will update that but given how everything went so far, I know they will treat that process with quality too.

Best part is that it comes with a lifetime warranty. Highly highly recommend.

The entire process was seamless. I was amazed at how efficient they are. The city inspector was impressed with their work too. Repipe1 did a great job on our whole-house repipe. We wanted a turnkey company that handled the entire project. They test for asbestos, pull the city permit, perform the repipe in one day, and expertly patch all drywall and stucco removed for the repipe. The only thing they don’t do is paint. We’re extremely satisfied with their professionalism and level of communication we received throughout the project. Five stars for this company.

Called Repipe 1 to examine a small leak under my shower. They dispatched Ricardo 30 minutes later to my house. He was very informative, showed me that the Repipe wasn’t leaking but rather a shower drain and pipe. Gave me advice on how to fix it and provided a quote to do it as well. Great company.

We had re-piped our house 2019 with Re-Pipe 1. The company provided a lifetime warranty. Recently, we discovered some dampness in a wall in our downstairs office. I called Re-Pipe 1 and they sent the supervisor Ricardo Salazar to access the situation. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and proactive. He determined the leak was not with the RePipe, but with a Drain. We are now fixing the problem. Repipe1 was recommended by our neighbor who did a whole house repipe with them twice. After experiencing a pinhole leak, which ruined our floor, we decided to pull the trigger and do the repipe with PEX. After reading the reviews, we followed the advice and contacted Repipe1.

We worked with Delilah for consultation and contract, she was very professional and thorough in the explanation of the process. Patiently answered all of our questions and concerns.

On the scheduled day the repipe crew of 6 people arrived on time, extremely efficient and professional. All pipe replacement work was done in a single day for 3200 sq.ft. house. The team did a great job of covering the floor and furniture and cleaning up after themselves.

We also decided to change shower valves during the process and Repipe1 was accommodative to allow us to order new valves and send a technician on another day to finish the replacement. Alberto Vasquez, their supervisor, completed the valves and trim installation as well as moved the recessed laundry box is a superb plumber professional, who loves his craft. Alberto installed the fixtures and bathrooms look new and attractive again.

The final step was drywall patching. I couldn't believe that ~50 holes can be patched in a single day. We had the team of 5 working so efficiently, they finished just after 3pm. The patching for drywall and stucco came out very well, a way better than I expected - texture matched very well. We haven't painted yet, but I'm sure no one will be able to tell.

I live in a 60-year-old home that had copper plumbing and cast iron waste lines. After a number of leaks from both systems, I called Repipe1. They recommended by my plumber, the restoration contractor and my insurance company. Pretty rare for that kind of consensus. I had them replace all of the copper lines with Pex and all of the cast iron pipes with ABS from floor level to the second story fixtures. I am sleeping a lot better knowing that I don’t have to worry about pin-hole leaks in the supply lines and corroded joints in the waste lines. Better water pressure too! Now for the important stuff: I got serval quotes, including the epoxy guys, and Repipe1 was the most competitive both in price and warranty coverage. The install crew was top notch. They were fast, thorough and they left the site very clean. Just as important, they were professional, helpful and courteous. If you are looking to have your job done right at a fair price, I suggest you get these guys over to your place for an estimate!
