Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly!
When I called them on Sunday evening, they came right away and taught I will have to get it done maybe another day which would have made me miss work, but they didn’t mind about time they went extra mile and made sure all the work was done the same evening, and the price was very reasonable compared to what my neighbor told me that she pay to other company. I was completely satisfied and this will be my forever company to go to.
I highly recommend it to everyone.

My water heater went out, and with a newborn on the way and kids refusing to take a cold shower, I was desperate. It was over the weekend, and the company I bought the water heater from was unresponsive. I called Irvine Water Heater Man, and even though they were booked, Alex understood my situation with my pregnant wife and kids, and he made time to come out. He had a water heater in his truck and replaced it on the spot. I was so upset with my original water heater company because I had a warranty, but Alex saved me money on the installation and gave me a 12-year warranty on the new water heater. His efforts and friendliness were truly appreciated. They clearly have a family-oriented company, and I will only be doing business with them in the future. If you’re in the Woodbridge Irvine area and need reliable service, look no further!

I live in Laguna Beach, and when I got home to find my water heater broken and flooding my house, I was in a panic. I always try to work with local business, but the quotes I got were outrageous -- ranging from $7k to $9,000 just for the water heater and cleanup. I was getting really concerned because I had just redone my floors, and they were being severely damaged. After calling what seemed like every water heater company in OC and LA, and hearing prices that were through the roof, I finally called Irvine Water Heater Man and spoke with Alex. He assured me that he'd work with me, and he did just that. What others were trying to charge me up to nearly $9,000 for, he did for $2k, including fixing the water heater, cleaning up the damage, and even giving me a warranty. They are the best in OC, bar none.

Called Slavi at OC Repipes when our hot water turned to drips due to failing epoxy sleeve blocking the pipes. He gave us a fair quote and his crew did a great job re-piping the house with Pex. The dry wall crew came in the next day to patch and texture. After painting, you can't tell there were holes cut in the ceiling and walls. Had the best pressure hot shower after they completed the repipe and adjusted the pressure regulator. If you need your house repiped, I recommend using OC Repipes for a professional project experience and excellent experience.

OC Repipes has done the repiping for our house and they have done an excellent job. They have finished the entire work on a 3100 SF house in two days and their quality of work is superb. Andy and his crew at OC Repipes replaced all the copper pipes in my home with new PEX pipes. They were fast, courteous, clean, and very respectful of my family and pets. We had a Great experience with OC Repipes. We had 4-5 different plumbing companies try to troubleshoot our low pressure, no hot water issue in our home we had just bought 5 months prior. Prior to having OC Repipes troubleshoot, we installed a tankless water heater, tried hydro jetting, installed recirculating pumps, etc...
Andy Borisov (one of Owners of OC Repipes) came out and found the issue within 2 minutes. Explained to us the reason for our issues and told us what we didn’t want to hear. He wasn’t the first plumber to tell us the solution, but he was the first that was confident of the issue, and just as confident of the resolution. A week later he and Slavi (other Owner of OC Repipes) were back with their impressive team of techs, ripping into our freshly smooth plastered, painted walls that had just be completed a month prior, installing new pex pipes. This sounds like a nightmare, and it was, however they made it worth it. They did everything they could to navigate and avoid our custom walls.
OC Repipes assured us we would have hot water at normal pressure once the re-pipe was done. They showed up at 8am on Saturday, 8 -10 hours later we had pressure and hot water in our primary bathroom, the next evening (a Sunday, on Father’s Day!!) We had pressure and hot water throughout our entire home. The only reason they took two days was so that they could navigate our custom walls as much as possible. The cost of a re-pipe is not cheap, in our case however, it was unavoidable but worth every penny. We’re so grateful to these guys. They are honest, skillful, sharp and Fantastic!

My re-piping project went faster than they predicted, no issues. The owner took the time to walk through and make sure I was satisfied with their work. None of my belongings were out of place and they had full unsupervised access to my condo. Nice to have piece of mind when giving access to your home.

We recently had our whole home repiped with OC Repipes. They offered competitive pricing for the project and the work was completed on time. Meeting with the Owner Slavi for an estimate made the difference on the decision to go with them over other referrals with quotes that were in the ballpark. Slavi also came and took care of a few items to wrap up the project inspection which a plus. Would use them again in the future and recommend them to others.

Slavi and Andy are great to work with. They are patient and explain things in great detail. They answered all of my questions throughout our repipe project.

In addition to the repipe they also installed a new hot water tank.

The price for everything was much better than several other companies I contacted when I bid out the project.
