Professional service technician. Explained what service was going to be done and safety precautions for our dog. Posted a sign in front yard to keep pets off.

I called and purchased a $600 plan and did not get what was promised. I paid with my credit card but they have no record of that call yet 2 people have been out here and three people have called and the package has increased to over $800. The consultation was a joke. Weeds and grass mis identified. Treatment of the lawn without identifying our concerns. Calling for a supervisor has been useless. The guarantee is that the lawn will get green. Weeds are green too.

There was s a small problem after the initial application but i contacted true green and explained that there were two spots that needed to be redone. A day was set up to re-apply and all went well. All questions were answered and some extra seed was left. After the application I scattered topsoil and watered the areas and the seeds should sprout in about 10 days.

Today on 11/20/25, the service for grubs and earthworms was performed. I was enlightened by the tech’s knowledge of possible problems available solutions. He was friendly and outgoing.

Today 2/27-28/26 the lawn service was performed which included 2 products of which one was liquid fertilizer. The application was quick and non invasive. The operator was friendly and informative, answering any questions I had.

Bad customer service cancelled my services and they showed up 2 more times. I don’t plan on paying them!!

True Green Lawn care keeps my lawn healthy, and looking pretty and green. They are good about addressing any concerns or problems that you have. Good customer service, they are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Also they are not overly expensive for the service with results that they provide. Try them I know you’ll be pleased too.

Robert did an excellent job here today spraying.
I cancelled this service June 2nd 2025 by phone, they came out anyway!? Not paying I texted last night again, I want no spraying done. They came out anyway, im not paying! What part of ‘no’ do they not understand?
As I said Robert Collier has been great, so no blame on him.

The weeds are dying and the grass is turning pretty green thank you TruGreen.

I had mosquito control and shrubs service for over a year now with true green, they just applied mosquito repellent last week, and I got 2 mosquitos landed on my legs when I was outside at the back yard for 5 minutes. NOT EFFECTIVE AT ALL. Stay away.

Robert G. arrived and we walked the property together to make sure he was aware of all signs of oxalis. He was very observant and determined to take care of all the areas of concern. Robert was very polite and courteous as he did his job.

This is our second treatment for mosquitoes and ticks and we have seen less of them near the house.
Our technician Robert is great, very friendly and knowledgeable! Looking forward to watch our grass become fuller and healthier.

Just had my routine Shrub treatment with TruGreen. Robert Collier continues to do an exceptional job. He keeps us informed, provides suggestions. He's also very personable. Always a pleasure! Thank you for providing great service.

I signed up for weed control and it has really made a difference. I don't worry about when to fertilize or burn my lawn with DIY weed killers. My gardeners are "blow-n-go". Adding Tru Green gives me a more complete lawn care package.
Also it was very affordable!

I have a special request for my service, for me to be notified prior to technicians showing up. I love early morning service calls. In and out of my yard very quickly

Our service technician is a wonderful man named Robert. He does a terrific job and is always professional, timely and detail oriented in his work. People like him make Trugreen the successful company that it is!

Tech was great, management is awful. They change your appointment and didn’t notify me till tech knocked on my door. Tru green must do a better job on communication.

TruGreen has made a big difference in my lawn. I had a lot of bare spots and crab grass. The bare spots are disappearing and crab grass and weeds are disappearing. I have a more even color thick and healthily lawn. It’s been about 6 months. Still some months to go to be complete but happy so far with results.

Abraham was on time and gave me a curtesy call. Easy to talk with, and explained some things about my St Augustine lawn.

…re-cap after 2 months. My lawn has not improved much. It’s still patchy in the same places that I called them for. The salesman said the brown spots were due to chinch bugs, which they later discovered there weren’t any chinch bugs! Then they sprayed for mosquitoes, and whatever they used damaged my other plants, which they said it wouldn’t do! So in my opinion you can google your lawn issues for free and save money, they are expensive, about $75 each application of fertilizer, which I can do myself! So unfortunately I canceled the program after 3 months! 3 stars for good customer service and communication. But the product is hit and miss.

Biggest waste of money I could ever spend on outdoor maintenance. After several months of service all I got was excuses of why their treatments don’t work. I could have my 18 year old nephew do better than what these clowns have done. See pic of my front lawn water 6 months of their pricey treatments.
