sold RV washer/dryer to my mother in law as a home unit and when in broke down due over use a few months later they will not do what's right and replace it. they took advantage of her.

Spoke with Matt three times and set a date to get the washer. Upon arrival from Arizona , there was no washer to be had. He said " dont know what happened to it." Dang poor way to run a business. Will not be stepping foot in that store again. B. Morrison

Bought a washer and it lasted 8 days before breaking down. Didn't get the warranty, thought they are a repair place they would have made sure it worked before selling it. But the warranty probably wouldn't have been worth the extra $100 anyway since it seems they can't fix things they sell anyway. Steer clear of these scamming repair place.

Terrible service,I got ripped off,the guy came out to my house while i was at work and spent more time on the phone talking to his supervisor to try different things not knowing what to do. He said the part was not available but could order it and it would take 1 week to 3 months to come in because they could not find it. I found it immediately and will be here next week. They changed my wife $78.00 for nothing and didn't even have change for $80.

These guys sell you ,what they say they sell you,and back there word. They help with simple to complex diagnostics for free. Ive bought 3 machines from them over the years, a simple old washer dryer set back in 08 that my wife looked at me with tears in her eyes when I got them for her. We hadn’t been together long, and she had been hauling laundry and quarters to laundry rooms and laundry matts for over 5 years with 3 young girls. I gave the set away in 2014 after she passed, and I had no room for them. They were still working like new just had the very used look lol. I needed a sifting trommel for natural medicinal roots I dig up in the mountains. They sold me an old 110 R.V. dryer with a week heating element for $25 as is ,when I explained the heater wasn't nesicary for my need. I use it every harvest season without fail. And finally the new Woman in my life , her parents have a very high quality washer dryer set that is about 25-30 years old. The dryer has not been heating for quite a long time. It simply has a complex set of 3 thermal interupt fuses that are very difficult to diagnose which one has failed. The good men of Grand valley applience not only havent tryed to hard sell me a new used dryer, they have been invaluable in diagnosing the one little part that failed, even though we are up in Cedaredge and I bug them on the phone and have brought in the working part I suspected was broken twice in a very good old dryer. They did all this to help me help a 73 year old lady who gives end of life care to old horses , get off the cloths line.
Without ever being told the last part about who it is for. So expect them to treat you the way because it’s obvious thats how they do business.

Bought my washer and dryer from them. Helped my husband load my dryer and two guys loaded my dryer for me. Plus, they took my old broken down washer and 2 dryers off my hands. Dryer and washer work amazingly and the service was amazing! This is my go to place for appliances.
