I ordered a part for my oven which they charged me more than they said it was going to cost and they Took about five minutes to fix. Ended up costing around $320. I used the
oven twice and the part was making flashing inside the oven. After calling them and asking them what they could do they let me know there was nothing they could do it it was my fault for using self cleaning oven. I wouldn’t use these people at all.

Bought a stainless steal fridge that is easily worth $2,500 here and it works great. I practically stole it from them I got such a good deal. It was spotless and shiny, and they helped me load it into the truck. Highly recommended!

Bought a washer they delivered and put it in for $300. It was a used washer never really worked very well. Ended up breaking relatively quick but outside of warranty. We watched a bunch of you tube videos and fixed it yourself. There were 2 parts that were on the washer that were not even designed for my washer. The washer lid switch didn't belong on it and it also had an incorrect drive chain coupler parts. They couldn't even bother to put the right parts on a 20 year old washer that I way overpaid for. It works better than ever now but they are just screwing people over.

Laura came to our home to fix our dryer. She was able to come earlier than we had originally planned so that was great. She was friendly and able to fix our dryer quickly.
