Nice place friendly staff and good service owner is super nice

I have been using this company for 25 years to prune my Oak Tree and my Pine Tree at my La Crescenta home.
I have also had 1 pine Tree removed.
The guys are awesome!

Horrible experience... rude customer service. Switched plans to accommodate an early appointment scheduled early on a Saturday and they didn't show up. Called the emergency number and the individual who answered said he was "too busy with another client." Service got back to me and said "well, I didn't confirm an appointment." If the company can't follow through with a scheduled appointment and don't have the courtesy or professionalism to at least contact in advance to say there's been a conflict, how can anyone rely on them to do a proper job?

The crew did an excellent job in trimming, thinning and shaping our oak tree. It looks so much better now! They also cleaned up the debris thoroughly. We’re very happy with the job.

We have two 70' eucalyptus trees in our backyard that I thought just needed trimming. It turns out one was dying and needed to come down. CV Tree Service was early for the appointment, stayed till EVERYTHING was done, clean not only my, but my neighbor's yards, and did an over all EXCELLENT job. I recommend them highly.

They left everything spotless afterward and were also very friendly to work with. I really appreciate the quality of their work and the care they put into clean-up. They clearly told us during the estimate that they would cut the trees to the level we requested. But they did not do so. I don’t know what changed, but the cost was $2,300. I will never hire this company again.

CV Tree Service sent out a representative to go over everything I wanted done and assured me on what I wanted. I couldn't be there on that day so we called, texted and I received photos to confirm everything. When the work was finished I was sent photos of all the completed work. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away! My yard looks SO much better now and I am very happy. I recommend this service for your tree trimming needs.

Crescenta Valley helped with multiple projects relating to the Oak Trees in our new home. They did a professional job trimming back the trees with in mind the preservation of the health of the trees. They did it to my specifications wonderfully. Then, they assisted in guidance to submit a hazardous oak tree removal through the city and then scheduling work for oak tree removal and replanting. Great work.

Living Water Pool Service came to my rescue. The pool was streaked, discolored, and yellow with algae with the previous service. LWPS cleared up the streaks and algae and gave me back a perfect pool. They are always on top of every issue before I notice anything. A pleasure to work with.
