I have had a pool for over 25 years and several pool companies during that time. I can only say that Living Water Pool Service has surpassed all of the others. I am more than happy to refer them to everyone. They are very, very professional.

This family-owned and operated company has been maintaining my somewhat large and 12-ft. deep pool since I purchased the house 9+ years ago (and even many years prior to that with the previous owners). I have been more than satisfied with their services, which has included--in addition to their superb weekly maintenance, and quarterly filter cleaning--replacing the aged-out pump, the filter, the heater, the pool light, resurfacing, ordering for me certain pool sweep tools (that I've requested) and keeping them working, plus maintaining an adjoining fountain. When we have the occasional pool disaster from overwhelming hillside debris due to high winds or mud from excessive rain, they are instantly on top of it and methodical about getting our pool restored, and inform me of the process every step of the way. I have a great and direct communication with Caleb, one of the family, who responds to my questions and needs immediately and very often comes to my home to check out what the issue is, particularly if complicated. And, of course, he always knows what to do immediately and takes care of it. The office staff is extremely informative and friendly, and very clear about additional charges for services above and beyond the contracted maintenance--transactions are made very simple. In short, I highly recommend contracting Living Water Pool Service to anyone who has a swimming pool.

Living Water Pool Service has been servicing my new pool for almost a year and my wife and I couldn't be happier with their work. They are dependable, friendly, and very easy to communicate with. They always bring up suggested/needed maintenance such as cleaning the salt cell or filter and it's handled when they say it will be done every time. They are one of the only service companies I know that are so dependable and if there is something you want them to look at, it's always a friendly and timely response. I've been using Living Water Pool Service for a number of years and highly recommend their services. They are always on time for the weekly cleaning. They do a great job of maintaining the equipment and cleaning the filter. When they spot a problem with my pool they are quick to contact me. Bryan, the technician, is friendly and always makes sure the gate is secured after his visit. My pool looks great.

Gilbert and his team were totally awesome for our pool repair service. They went an extra mile or shall I say extra miles in making sure everything was done efficiently and well. We got daily updates on what was done and plans for the next day. I would absolutely recommend them with enthusiasm!
