We love this company! We installed a pool a few years ago and initially went with the construction company's recommendation for warranty purposes. Didn't like the way the operated and when we could we took the recommendation of several of our neighbors and went with Living Water. Couldn't be happier with the company and Juan is great! Recently they have been so helpful checking out the pool pump, drainage etc after the rains!

Caleb and his team have been taking care of maintaining our pool for 4 years. They are honest, reliable & fairly priced. The whole team is fantastic but Dean has been taking care of our weekly maintenance for several years and he does a great job! We have also had Living Water add new features to the pool, including an auto fill and an efficient heater. Highly recommend!

We’ve been really happy with Living Water. They handle everything—regular cleaning, water balancing, filter and system maintenance. They also coordinated our pool cover replacement, the installation of sound dampening pads on our equipment and handled some landscape lighting work. They’re friendly, super responsive, and always quick to jump on any issue that comes up. Highly recommend.

So I used a cheaper company for years. I have an ozone pool and it needs specialized care. They changed my pool person who made a hole in my plaster and I was recommended to Living Water by the company that installed my Ozone unit, who are more expensive but do an excellent job and all their employees are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My pool is always clean and sparkling and I just wished I’d used them earlier.

After the recent fire in Altadena, our pool was filled with ash, dirt, and debris — we honestly weren’t sure it was even salvageable. But the Living Water team worked their magic and restored it to its best condition. We’re so grateful for their professionalism, responsiveness, and care. Highly recommend!

Our swimming pool was part of the house when we bought it, and with the pool came Living Water. We knew nothing about pool maintenance, filter systems, heating (solar in our case), or any other aspect of care for it. So while we settled into the house and I began to look at other pool care companies, I learned these things: LW’s pricing was well within the range that these companies charge; that LW’s knowledge of our (unfortunately) unique salt water system was expansive; that they were always just a text or a call away if something was going wrong. Our family loves our little vest-pocket sized pool, and Living Water does an excellent job taking care of it.

I truly love this company and would never change. Family owned, they’ve been servicing my house since we built in 2016. I feel important as a customer and can easily reach the owner if there’s some urgent matter. Besides the pool always being well maintained and clean, I feel looked after as a customer. Glad to have Living Water Pool Service on our side for about 3 years now. Knowledgeable reps both on site and off. If there's an issue, they're quick to resolve and will explain everything that's happening to your system and what they recommend. I don't always get why things happen with the pool levels and filters, but I'm glad LWPS is on top of it. And they do put a lot of care to our system and making sure it's running smoothly. They are costly but you're paying for quality service and a pool is a large investment, you don't want it to go south with someone who isn't knowledgeable or doesn't care! They care!!!
