These folks embody customer service! From Rosa in the office to Alex Q. & Chris S. In the field, I have never had such wonderful pest management. We are grateful to have found them!

Ryan did a very thorough inspection. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, was very respectful of the property, and was very friendly. Very happy with his inspection.

I called La Canada Pest for a rat issue after bad experiences with two other places. One ghosted me after starting the work, the second never bothered to call me back to set up an inspection. Fortunately, La Canada Pest was professional and responsive right from the start. From the woman I spoke to on the phone to the inspector that came out, and those that came to do the exclusion work, everyone was great. They were thorough and detailed. In fact, as they wrapped up for the day they noticed one more spot that needed to be sealed. I’m hopefully that this takes care of any rodent issues for the foreseeable future!

Alex and Chris from La Canada Pest Control are the best! They worked around our schedule, were careful and clean around our home, and delivered on their promises. True professionals, highly recommended and keep up the great work!

Ryan was incredible and thorough with finding how a small field mouse got upstairs in our house. We were in the hands of a professional and he explained everything clearly. Fairly priced for time and work spent!

These guys are the best. We had rats under the house in our crawl space, they came through and set traps, sealed the entire house up to exclude them, and came back to check/reset every week until we were declared rodent free (which took about 1 week, then 1 extra week to be certain- all included in the initial charge). Our technician Ryan was friendly and professional every time, as was the woman on the phone who I communicated with for the appointments. Feels great to be rat free, big recommend!

We suddenly had gophers for the first time in over 20 yrs.
I was looking for a service to help get rid of them that had à la canada business license.
It was more difficult than I expected. I spotted a LCPC van just around the corner from me. Called to see. Rosa couldn’t have been more helpful. Yes the have a LC BL. Quickly set up an appointment with the inspector Chris.
Chris was very communicative and knowledgeable. Took care of the situation. A very workable schedule was planned and I appreciated the extra 30 day coverage should anymore activity show it would be treated and covered, all under my initial payment.
We are now looking into having the company deal with our pest control too.
Overall extremely satisfied with the customer service and work ethics which hasn’t changed since my initial call.
Would highly recommend this business to my neighbors and friends.

After being happy with some repairs they did for us, we hired them to take over the weekly service. Been very happy with the service since. Would definitely recommend their company.

I read the long review by “Lena,” I disagree with her, Shawn has taken care of my pool for many years, he is honest, taken good care of my pool, have not had any problems, I totally trust him. If I have any concerns, he will answer me quickly. I don’t think what he charges for maintaining and keeping my pool so fantastic looking is outrageous. I don’t have to worry about it!!! Just enjoying my pool. So whoever is looking for some to maintain your pool-Shawn McEven is the person you should have to take care of your pool!!! Nora Wong

I have used Shawn’s service for a year. He is rude and very untrustworthy. Yes, I have an older pool with older plaster, but all he would do is nickel and dime me for services. And services other pool companies I contacted say weren’t necessary. He recently billed me $210 for 35 lb tub of tablets I paid for and never got!! And when I told him I didn’t need his service anymore, he fought me and wouldn’t refund me the money for the tablets I paid for claiming he gave me “freebies” for my old pool. Every other pool service I’ve had and friends have, the tablets stay on site. He never delivered tablets, never left them on site. And he was always billing me for things every other month blaming my pool and the plaster. I contacted a new reputable company and he said the plaster isn’t an issue. Stay away from Shawn and Edgewater pool. I tried to work with him to resolve the issue before coming on here but he didn’t seem to try and make it right. Again, blaming the plaster, telling me he gave me “freebies” to avoid returning my money for tablets I never received. So of the $210 he kept the tablets I never used and only gave me back $50 claiming because he gave “freebies” of which I was unaware of none of. I have receipts showing what I paid for and he said he gave me freebies. I can’t believe he will do this over $210. Stay away from Shawn and this company!

I came home today, Kenny did a great job with cleaning my pool. There was some yellow stains because the previous pool man was a lazy guy. But Kenny made my pool sparkling again!
