Terrible company, terrible customer service. I was initially given the wrong date to drop off the dumpster. The next day waited all day, only to be told they couldn't put the dumpster on my property due to the water line. All properties have a main water line. Then I was told to call on Monday at 6 a.m. to have the dumpster picked up asap because it was in the street. I spoke to Mike in NY, his comments short and rude. I called serveral times throughout the day to get an ETA, everyone kept saying "it's dispatched" coming in an hour and a half. Now it's 630 pm and dumpster still in the street w/ no pick up. They're quick to take my $$, don't use them!!!

Great experience!! Teo came out same day to give us an estimate in person. Communication was excellent and everything went smooth as could be on the day of.

Teo and Anthony were amazing!! I was eager to get the junk removed same day as I knew the collector was away for a couple hours. Teo showed up before me and was so kind, held the vibe super calm while quickly and super tenderly chatted with our junk collector as he was packing up the back of the truck. She showed up surprised that the items were being picked up. You all know how they get. Teo handled it excellently 👏 I will most definitely be calling for another removal soon and referring whoever I know need these services. They are great, Thanks!!!!!!

Teo was amazing, he answered my call right away and then was so communicative over text - he was even able to come same day for our backyard junk removal. We are moving into a new place, and the previous tenants left so much furniture, appliances, and garbage throughout the garage and yard, but Teo was so efficient and cleaned it all up, we are so thrilled to now be able to start with a clean slate! We definitely recommend Ultimate Junk Removal!

Teo and Anthony did a very thorough job clearing out all the items from our home. They even pointed out items that we didn’t realize needed to be cleared out. They left the home cleaner than it was before they showed up.
We felt the pricing was very reasonable and overall did a very professional job.
