These guys were prompt, efficient, courteous, thorough, and very professional. They did a great job with my ducts, they were great with communication before and afterwards. I will go to them again the next time I have another duct cleaning need.

This company is owner-operated and they do a great job. They are prompt, courteous and pretty much explain things to you, which is helpful as we have never had air ducts or dryer vent cleaning done before. They work efficiently, and show before and after photos. Our ducts and dryer vent were very dirty. It was helpful to know about changing of air filters a little sooner, before they get “bad,” and that duct cleaning should be done about every 3-5 years. No upselling. CSR called us the day of service and said they were about 10 minutes away to let us know. They were very nice with our pets as well. Easy to set up an appointment (did via phone). I like that this is all they focus on, too. Owner and 1 technician came out to do the job together. Definitely recommend.

They have been great with the complications trying to get an AC replacement approved, and during this the heater decided to fail. They were able to get the heater up and running and save us from yet another unwanted cost!

Randy and his skilled HVAC team with an addition of his plumbers, and cabinet workers did a truly amazing job at my condo replacing my whole internal and external HVAC unit, new closet for HVAC, water heater, re-piping of corroded valves, cleared minor blockages of pipes, and installed a new outdoor water faucet to attach a hose. It’s hard to find any company, especially contractors, who under-promise and over-deliver at an unbeatable price. Randy, Neil, Mohamed & Jennifer were amazing. Not only did they make sure everything was up to code, they were updating me along the entire process since unforeseen items came up due to my place being so old. They are honest, answered all my questions and patiently explained everything I didn't understand. Even after it was completed and working, Randy followed up to confirm. Such amazing customer service which is not easy being in peak busy time and in this heat! Very grateful for them. I felt very well taken care of and will definitely be using them going forward for all my HVAC needs.

RK Industries Group remodeled my entire kitchen, installed recess lights throughout the house, refinishing built-in cabinets in the bonus room, fixed plumbing issues, patched & painted walls throughout the house after removal of old intercoms and very outdated light fixtures and mounteda TV over the fireplace. Everyone was very professional, punctual and polite. We moved into the house while the construction was occurring, however every part of the project was coordinated seamlessly and the turnaround time from start to finish was so impressive. The results are impeccable and we love our new house! The house had a complete makeover and we are so pleased with how everything turned out. The best HVAC company that works in our area. We contacted another company and the put us 1.5 weeks out with a very terrible customer service line. Randy took care of us and got a technician out to us in a couple hours. The technician Brian came, diagnosed us and picked up parts to replace it all within 30 minutes.

This is an outstanding company to do business with. ALL the employees that I dealt with were knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Had both bathrooms in house remodeled and those rooms are now quite beautiful (yes, even though they are bathrooms), much more functional, and user friendly.
