I dropped of a thermostat that they send in to get a refund from the state. They did not give me a receipt or anything and then I never received my refund check. They said we just drop it in a box and send it when we have more. I have called twice, and they say ohh well it must have gotten lost. It has been about a year. Bad service so why would I trust them with something bigger?

John and Braden came out to inspect our dryer vent and air duct system. They used a special camera to check the whole ductwork, which was really helpful. Both of them were very knowledgeable and worked quickly. They found the issue, fixed it, and made sure everything was working great before they left. The service was excellent from start to finish.

Recently, John and Nolan came out to clean the ducts, and they did an extremely detailed job. They even checked the farthest duct runs to make sure there were no leaks or breaks. very professional, polite, and knew a lot about air duct cleaning. john took the time to show me exactly how he was cleaning the air ducts, so i could learn how to keep them clean myself. he brought all the right equipment and even made our duct system simpler, which will be much easier for us to maintain in the future. highly recommend this service to anyone needing cleaner air at home, especially with california’s warm weather when we use our ac a lot.
