I have nothing but the best to say of our experience dealing with RK Industries. Randy and Gabriela (project manager) always stayed on top of things and always answered promptly any questions we had. The kitchen remodel went smoothly and quickly. There were some minor glitches but got resolved promptly. The guys installing our HVAC were great. They even went above and beyond to get everything installed correctly (sorry for the cactus needles!) . Highly receommend this company to everyone!

I give my wholehearted support to RK Industries. Randy and his entire crew are top-notch, they did much needed work on my home, interior and exterior, and they did terrific work. They are professional, honest, trustworthy, very hard workers, on time, and everyone is so nice, friendly, and approachable. I was referred to them from my very trustworthy friends.

We had the best experience remodeling our master bathroom with RK Industries Group. The project team was knowledgeable of material choices and was able to direct us to places to shop for tile, sinks, and fixtures. They kept us updated and visited several times to check on the progress of the job. The project team quickly addressed and resolved any concerns we had. The on-site work team was equally courteous, skilled, and professional. Everything was completed as we wished. We were so pleased with RK's level of workmanship and customer support that we are now renovating our kitchen with them.

I recently had RK Industries replace my old HVAC system and ducts. Randy's knowledge, expertise and honesty at doing the job right was top notch. He also has a great crew working with him - they were well trained, very efficient, respectful of time/schedule and my home. The whole process went smooth and the new HVAC is working great. Randy is highly knowledgeable and thorough. Another homeowner in my building replaced their AC a while ago and I knew mine needed the same. I had an estimate from another contractor from a couple years before and it seemed too high. Randy walked me through everything that needed to happen and I thought the price was very reasonable. I had delayed the work due to the current pandemic but when temperatures were in the 90's I could not put it off any longer. Randy assured me all precautions would be taken to make me feel safe. He had three guys show up and they treated my home as their own. They were very professional kept me informed as to how everything was going. I highly recommend the RK Industries team to perform any AC work, a true pleasure to deal with

RK is the best. Great work from start to finish. Everyone on their team was communicative and helpful. All the prices were fair, estimates were accurate and finished ahead of schedule. After my first experience with them installing a new HVAC system, I had them help with roofing and gutter installation. More great work there and I’ll definitely be calling them again when I need more work done. Can’t recommend enough.

Randy and his team are excellent. Wonderful communication. They came out quickly and replaced our old AC when it died on us suddenly. We have also had them do other work for us in the past, including painting our walls. The workers are all highly professional, do an excellent job, and at transparent and reasonable prices. I've worked with many different contractors and technicians on two different homes, and these guys are the most trustworthy and reliable. I'm so pleased with their work, and I will be using them again in the future for our home.

Heater was down for about a week. Came across netsellerz online. This place has lots of parts. If you need anything Hvac related Brad is your go to guy. Saved me time, money and headaches. He helped me out big time.

Netsellerz is a reliable business who backs up their sales. If its not working Brad will make right of it at 100% satisfaction. Bought a Furnace Control Circuit board. The relay was bad on it and Brad replaced it with no stress, no sales tactic, just a really honest business person. He saved us in hard times. Your AWESOME BRAD!

Had an issue with my AC blower fan, was able to pickup a used board from Brad. Worked like a champ. Give Brad a call, really nice guy and very honest. Support the little guy, and give parts a second life. Very happy customer, and my wife is too :)

My house had a power surged and it killed the furnace transformer. I thought it was the control board that went bad, so I started searching on ebay and I found one locally. Reached out to seller to see if I can pick it up in person, but his store closes at 3PM. After back and forth with Brad, he recommended to check the transformer, sure enough it was bad. Went to a local store got a transformer replaced it and the furnace is running good now. Thank you for not trying to upsell me, but still providing excellence guidance. Brad was even generous enough to offer me a discount and a free resistor if I do pick up the board in person. THANK YOU BRAD FOR MAKING DIY GREAT AGAIN
