I had a great experience with Service Hero. Jonathan Trinkle did a great job troubleshooting the issue with my central air system and discovering the issue within my heat pump. When the issue was discovered, he gave me options as to how to proceed and gave his honest opinion as to the best fix for the job. I appreciated his honesty and hard work on the matter. Jonathan implemented the fix and my system is now fully functional. Money well spent for a system I can't go without.

He gave us some tips to keep our unit in tip top shape between tune up and recommended certain service we should do next year to make sure our unit continues to provide comfort for our family. I requested an estimate through Service Hero to replace a bathroom faucet (note: I was providing the faucet myself). The technician quoted me over $1,080—for a very basic install.

Luckily, I had already gathered several quotes from other licensed plumbers, all between $125 and $135, with none exceeding $400. I even showed these estimates to the technician on-site, but the price didn’t change.

This was truly surprising and disappointing. I recommend doing your homework and getting multiple estimates before moving forward with this company.

I’ve attached a photo of what needed to be done—there was nothing unusual or complicated. Just a simple faucet replacement. Don’t overspend on a job that should be straightforward and affordable.

Jonathan did a great job. He went through everything in detail. He was very polite and new what he was doing. He didn't try to up sell anything to me that I didn't need. My AC is working great now.

Hands down best experience! I was apprehensive to call. My guy of 20 years is no longer with us.. he was amazing. So trying a new place that will provide great honest service was scary.. Customer service was awesome. Liz was kind and assisted me quickly. Angel was the service pro sent out to help me with my issue… He was profesional and knowledgeable about issue I was expecting! Do not use this company they will rip you off. They came in to do some plumbing work and did totally the opposite of what we needed and then guaranteed that this was gonna fix our problem. It fixed nothing and they charged us a boatload of money. stay way far away from this company

Daniel Martinez was very helpful. He inspected my unit fast and efficiently, then came up with a game plan. I hope to use him again.

My old/new water heater stopped working. It was covered under warranty.

After Lowe’s set up a pick up delivery and installation (covered under warranty) I did pay for a licensed contractor who is bonded, insured and will be permitted work. I am comfortable with this service. I didn’t have to do the physical work after I myself just got home from work. My family will come home to working water. The convenience of that is my favorite part.

Excellent transaction. Jesus removed my 40gl water heater and installed a new 50gl water heater quick and professional and up to code. Also within the agreed timeframe that was quoted.
