Excellent service and affordable rate!! My 7 year old carpet looked brand new when Brian was finished, all the dirt was gone! I was also worried going in the smell of the cleaners would be too strong, but it was pleasant, clean smelling and definitely not overwhelming. Will be hiring again for regular cleaning!

Shane and Brian were amazing today. I needed a clean up on stairs and they made it happen within hours. Super clean, super hardworking and very pleasant to have in my home. I couldn’t recommend them more! The last thing I should mention is I’m very allergic to fragrances and extremely sensitive to smells and I have had no issue with the scent of the deodorizer at all. I have used this company a few times and Shane, the owner of Accountable Carpet never disappoints. He always responds to me quickly, price is extremely reasonable and the quality of his work is better than any other company I have used.

He communicated the date and time of the cleaning, confirmed again the day prior and messaged me 30 minutes before arriving. Very professional.

We’ve had our carpets done by other companies and the stains remain but Shane is able to clear out all the pet stains and left our carpets looking amazing. His does quality work efficiently.

After 8 years and 2 dogs, we were overdue to get our large sectional cleaned. This is by far my most favorite couch I've ever owned so I wanted to ensure I found the right company to come clean it. Based on the phenomenal reviews that Accountable Carpet, Tile & Upholstery Cleaning had, I requested a quote. Shane contacted me in less than 45 minutes and gave me a quote. He then called to get additional detail and to confirm my appointment.

Shane texted the day prior to confirm my appointment and arrived right on time. He and Damien were polite, friendly, and very conscientious of our home (they even asked if it was okay to walk on the floors with shoes on before entering). They were incredibly thorough on the couch cleaning - it looks as good as the day we bought it! Shane also guarantees his work and asked me to call or text him if we aren't completely satisfied.

I would unequivocally recommend Shane and Accountable Carpet, Tile & Upholstery Cleaning, and we will use them again for any future cleaning needs!

We just did some remodeling in our home, which resulted in a ton of dust everywhere. We got a few quotes for carpet and couch cleaning, and Shane's quote was the most competitive. Brian was ahead of schedule on the day of our appointment and arrived early, but he was courteous by letting us now in advance and giving us the option of starting our appointment earlier or as scheduled. He did a great job on our carpet and was very thorough with our 6 piece modular sofa. He was very nice too. He saw our contractor moving our new gas range into the kitchen, and even offered to help. Two weeks later, my mom came to visit and inquired if we got our carpet cleaned because she said she could feel the difference. We'd hire Accountable Carpet again, next time we need carpet/couch cleaning.

I have used Accountable Carpet Cleaning for the last 6 years since I moved to SD. They are very responsive, do great work and always follow up. They even have thrown in area rugs for free on occasion. Really well ran small, local business that provides excellent service.

Set up an appointment with Shane and had to change date due to roofing issue. Shane was wonderful and flexible. Brian came out and cleaned two chairs and a rug. He took great care and the 5 year old chairs and rug look like new again! Brian even helped put the rug back under the bed. The price was reasonable and the quality of the work was excellent. I will definitely use Accountable to clean my rugs and upholstery again!!! Thank you, Brian and Shane!!

Shane was super responsive even after hours to my original inquiry and sent me a quote right away after sharing the details and sending a photo. He was able to schedule my appointment quickly and sent me a reminder as well as a note when he was on his way. He was on time and did a fantastic job cleaning my couch and ottoman. They look and smell like new again. I'm so happy with the results and the overall great experience. I will continue to call Accountable Carpet, Tile and Upholstery Cleaning anytime I need cleaning in the future!

I recently had my sofa cleaned by Brian, and I couldn't be happier with the service! He was punctual, communicated clearly throughout the process, and most importantly, he brought my couch back to life – it looks brand new again. Highly recommend his services! For reference, it was a large sectional and paid about $200 for the cleaning.

Shand and Brian are amazing. Quick and friendly communication. Pricing is spot on and very affordable. We love that they are local and a small business. They are friendly in person and very thoughtful. Brian went above and beyond cleaning our carpets and furniture. He even took special care with our old wool Persian rug. It looks like new! I’d give them 6 stars if I could. They did a wonderful job, showed up on time, were friendly and professional, etc. However, they needed to come back afterward to do a little more work on one rug (mostly because my wife and I opted to keep it inside instead of leaving it out to dry properly) and they wouldn’t accept payment or even a tip and “just wanted us to be happy with the job”. That’s not something you see often these days. I’m impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Very professional from the beginning. I sent an inquiry to request a quote for our couch to be cleaned late at night and received a call from Shane the owner the very next morning. The price is very fair for the service. We were able to schedule our couch to be cleaned the next day. We live on the 2nd floor in an apt building and it was definitely difficult getting the equipment up from the van but Bryan who serviced our couch was very thorough and professional. He was on time, called ahead and it was just good quality work. He cleaned every inch of the couch, he spent about 3 hours on it! We've had our couch for 10+ years and it looks and feels NEW!!! Highly recommend using Accountable for your couch and carpet cleaning needs. They did a spectacular job and took their time to make sure they got every inch of the couch cleaned. Especially having a cream couch with dogs that got it all dirty, I was highly impressed with how much they were able to clean up. They originally quoted me the amount but when they got done he dropped the price a little because it didn’t take him as long as he initially thought it would. That right there got him a customer for life! It’s rare you find honest, hard working companies these days, so that alone I felt was the icing on the cake. Job well done!!

Fantastic job by Brian! Steam cleaned our sectional sofa, ottoman and easy chairs. Also cleaned our wool rug that had coffee stains. Everything looked new afterwards! Used portable equipment in our apartment building. Very mindful of our space, clearly explained the process, and finished within the estimated time. Highly recommend!

After getting quotes from 3 cleaning companies, I hired Accountable Carpet to clean several couches. They responded quickly to my initial call and came to the house quickly. They even added a few small pieces of furniture for a good price on the day of the cleaning. The couches look great and no more pet smells.

Highly, 100% recommend this company for carpet or upholstery cleaning. I bought a condo and the owner didn't want to move it, so he gave it to me. I didn't know what to expect getting it cleaned. I have to admit that in the past, I have inquired with upholstery businesses about other sofas, but never followed through with cleaning because I thought it would be too pricey or not worth it.

Shane and Bryan provide a service that is 100% worth every penny. The couch that I had them clean was dingy and had some dog hair and areas that you could tell needed cleaning. I thought it would take maybe an hour to clean, but Bryan spent probably about 3- 3.5hrs to clean my sofa making sure to get every square inch of it cleaned. I could not believe how much better it smelled and looked. You can tell that this company respects their customers and truly wants to provide the best service possible.

Accountable was amazing. I had called Stanley Steamer - who made me wait more than two weeks for an appointment then when they showed up the price doubled. Doubled after they did a patch test in the middle of my sofa. I finally found Accountable who came in two days and the price quoted was the price they charged. The work was fast and clean.
