Very easy to book and great customer service. Prisca is amazing and leaves our home spotless. She truly goes above and beyond and we love coming home after she has cleaned!

Green Frog is always a five-star operation, but Michaela (M'kayla - it's more exotic than it looks) somehow went beyond, with her meticulous effort and sincere concern for our environment. When you invite someone into your home, you hope they will be personable and upbeat in addition to professional and competent. She was all of the above, and provided this excellent service at exactly her estimated cost, even though the work wound up taking slightly longer than the time estimate. We've already booked her for the next visit.

I’ve never paid for a cleaning service before and, to be honest, I was pretty hesitant. It felt like a lot of money for something I can technically do myself.

We had two bathrooms deep cleaned, and the results were honestly night and day. The level of detail, thoroughness, and care put into the work was far beyond what I could realistically achieve on my own, especially without spending an entire day doing it. Everything felt truly deep cleaned, not just surface-level tidy.

The experience itself was also great. Ana was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in her work. It felt like having a specialist come in rather than just checking a box on a service list.

This made me a believer. I’ll absolutely continue using Green Frog Cleaning for bathroom deep cleans, and I’ll specifically request Ana again: Same service, same technician, same high standard.

Marcela A did a great job with the deep cleaning. She did a very thorough job and was very nice and easy going.

The cleaning service was great and the customer service was even better. They made it super easy to set up an appointment and Michelle who did the cleaning did an excellent job. There was a little confusion with entering my property but she remained professional and understanding. The deep cleaning service was much needed and I will definitely look to them again for their services.

Eric and Giselle were terrific. They went over and above what I expected. I would definitely ask for them again.

Eric G was a true professional with OneTouch cleaning services. He showed up on time, gave me a run down of all the items he was going to address/clean and gave me updates along the way. It was a move out cleaning for a 2bed/2bath and he scrubbed cabinets, appliances, windows, floors, baseboards, EVERYTHING. Cleaner than we rented the house at. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. Best $400 I’ve spent this year.

The cleaning team was quick, efficient, and on time. We had some concerns with thoroughness the first time they came out. They returned a different day to ensure customer satisfaction. They were kind and provided an excellent service. I would gladly book them again.

On first glance, looked great! Hired them for a Move In Ready Clean. Then once we started moving in and putting items away, especially in the kitchen, we found many drawers that had to be re cleaned, cabinets with grease on the front, windowsills with dirt in them, and many other areas that had not been touched. Had to re clean most of the house. And the “refund” we were given was a joke. Make sure you really check their work right away!

Marisela M and her team did a lovely job with cleaning our place! Seems like some areas might have been missed (inside cabinetry) but overall did a great job. They were friendly and very quick! The process of booking was very efficient and easy. First time using this company, and would definitely use them again!

Our service commenced very close to our preferred time window. Communication with the company was great, before and after. Tech Michelle E was personable and professional. I arranged the job and the Landlord was very pleased with the results. Recommended!

Olivia and her team were fantastic. They were able to come last minute late at night. Very understanding and able to work around my 3 kids playing.

I booked a 4 hour cleaning service because I had a major remodel after two water leaks. I have a 4 bedroom house with tile floors throughout and they all needed a thorough washing. The house also had a fine white powder throughout the house from the construction that needed dusting. After finishing all that a general cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms as time allowed. Mariela Inzunza was my cleaner and she did a fantastic job. She worked hard for the whole 4 hours and managed to get everything I requested completed in a very professional manner. I am completely satisfied with the work that she did and I would highly recommend her.

Mariela showed up ready to make my home hostess ready! She was deliberate with making sure every inch of my home received attention! She was prompt and precise to ask what focus areas I’d like covered. Her pleasant attitude combined with outstanding work ethic was noticeable and I’m very thankful for that!

Giselle at One Touch Cleaners was punctual, super polite/friendly and did a great job cleaning my apartment with short notice and a lot to do. She was great. When the original person couldn’t make the first appointment the staff went into overdrive and found a replacement asap. Highly recommend.

Mariela was so wonderful! She paid such close attention to detail and was always asking if we had any other requests of what else she could clean and she did it right away. She left the refrigerator, oven, microwave and even the carpet, sparkling clean. We would hire her again for any cleaning we have in the future.
