Had a move-in clean done at my new place in La Jolla — super thorough, quick, and professional. Made the space feel way more livable. Would recommend.

We've been using Green Frog for about a month. It's been really easy to schedule appointments they follow through by text call email whatever is easier. I need all three some days because I get so busy.

The last two times we've had Carrington who has been awesome. For the whole year we've lived here, I've been unable to get our floors 100% clean because we have a dog and the floors are a bit uneven. However, Carrington made them totally spotless the first day and since then we've been able to walk barefoot in our house which has been wonderful. She's also done an awesome job of cleaning the bathrooms the counters dusting. Overall she makes us happy to come home; we finally feel relaxed with our apartment clean and it's made life so much easier.

Very disappointing experience. We hired them for move out cleaning which came out to about $400+. The two young woman sent did the most minimal surface level cleaning and seemingly did not mop the floors. They also missed most of the windows inside of the home— a simple cleaning with windex would have gone a long way. I went back to the home the next day a few hours before we had to turn in the keys and with the cleaning supplies I had in my car (wet wipes), I tried to clean the floors. However, the landlord still charged us a $200 cleaning fee since they said the place was still dirty. It would have been better to not clean the place at all and incur the $200 fee from the property manager than to hire this team, shell out $400, and still be charged $200 due to the lackluster job done.

Very happy with the customer service, follow-ups and final cleaning of my home. First time user, but no need to search anywhere else. Kate and Taylor did an excellent job with the cleaning and everything smelled so fresh when they were done. They arrived on time and were super efficient and both really sweet, friendly and professional. I will request them with every cleaning. Thank you!

We used Green Frog for a "move in/move out" cleaning of our rental property. Alyssa and Tarra were very friendly and communicative throughout the process, and made sure they were focusing on any areas that we deemed to be most important. It was definitely a big project, but they did an incredible job!! I would definitely recommend Green Frog Cleaning, and will likely be using them again when our renters move out. Thank you so much!!

Their pricing was quite reasonable and their representative ; Breanna was on time and completely prepared with any and all cleaning products she might need. Additionly, Breanna not only did a great job on my house she was so friendly that any anxieties I usually have with new people in my home were immediately alleviated. We’ve been with Green Frog for almost a year and have had fantastic experiences with their office staff as well as the cleaning technicians. They try very hard to keep us with the same technician each week, but when substitutes are needed, they too are professional and thorough. Today, we had Joseph, who was new to us. He was absolutely great, very thorough and precise. I’d like to keep him as our regular technician. This company is excellent. We highly recommend their services.

My first experience with Green Frog House Cleaning was on Tuesday August 23rd, 2022. My technician, Ashley, was absolutely awesome. I was quite pleased with how thorough she was cleaning my apartment. She did a great job! I plan to use Green Frog House Cleaning every 4-6 weeks moving forward. I would very much like for my technician to be Ashley moving forward.

We were looking for a deep, ENTIRE house clean. We have a baby on the way, the house needs to be cleaned and I am heavily pregnant and wanted a cleaner house for baby’s arrival. Instead of a clean house, we ended up very disappointed. We were charged almost $400 for 2 hours of “cleaning”. The two women were nice but unorganized. They arrived late and told us that they would be here for 3 hours. 1 hour in, the woman said that she looked at her schedule wrong and that they only had 1 hour left. Mind you, they barely are finished cleaning the first SMALL rooms that they started in. In order to have them stay longer and finish what they were supposed to do, they tried to upsell us. Horrible horrible job. I do not recommend. The house was left in almost the same shape as when before they arrived. They did give us a $40 refund but that’s ridiculous considering we paid them for $400 for 2 hours of nothing.

We just had green frog come through to do our deep cleaning in preparation for our ongoing biweekly. While I thought the house was clean before, the cleaners spent over 5 hours performing a deluxe clean and oh my goodness the house has never looked so good. Green Frog is competitively priced and our two cleaners were exceptional. I was also thoroughly impressed with their quick responses when I was initially looking for a service. I’m looking forward to our regular cleaning going forward!

Amber has been my regular cleaner for almost a year and she does such a wonderful job cleaning my house! in addition, she is one of the nicest people I know, and I continue to request her every time. Green Frog was originally recommended by our realtor to clean the house we were selling after we moved out. They offered a very flexible schedule and competitive pricing. Their work was very detailed and thorough. Our buyers were truly impressed (and so were we!). Afterwards, we decided to hire them to service our new home. Green Frog has taken care of us for the last two months with extraordinary results. We could not be happier. Each time, Megan has gone above and beyond to make our home sparkling clean. She takes care of everything! Kitchen, floors, and bathrooms have never been cleaner! As a busy couple, we value the time we save and appreciate their service oriented approach. To say impressed and pleased would be the world’s biggest understatement! I’ve always had a good experience with Green Frog, but my technician Dia went absolutely above and beyond. She put thought, care, and consideration not only into her work, but what work would be the most beneficial to me and my needs. I’m a single mom with two jobs and am taking college classes and with no time to do the proper cleaning of my home, she performed more than a service, it’s an absolute blessing and such a huge weight off my shoulders. First time Deep Cleaning experience after a thorough Google search for house cleaning in the La Mesa area. I'm so happy I found Green Frog. We have a baby on the way and I was looking for a good cleaning service to prep the house and then ongoing! The team of 3 were prompt, so nice, went above and beyond, cleaning ever nook and cranny and asked if there was anything else they could help with before they were due to leave! I'm so grateful to Green Frog for taking this off my plate before baby!

To begin with, my wife is an incredibly busy physician's assistant and I have various disabilities that prevent my helping with most of the housework; so, I was pretty sure I had arrived at a rare moment of pure genius when I recommended hiring a housekeeper. However, after hearing the pitch, I could see the reluctance in my wife's expression. But eventually she agreed and the arduous task of finding someone to clean our strangely arranged household (2 makeshift studio apartments side by side in an old house) began.

This brings us to Green Frog Cleaning and their friendly, open approach.

After weeks of asking around if anyone knew of a good housekeeper, then calling and writing individual cleaners, I, in desperation, went to a home site (Home Advisor) to get some shot-in-the-dark quotes. We got a few. And one kept coming up with actual people sending actual emails and leaving actual human voices on actual text messages: Green Frog Cleaning. Their approach was great. Forthright and friendly. They gave us different quotes for different cleaning types. We had multiple email exchanges about various details of the job. And while this all sounded too good to be true, we set up a first-time cleaning with them.

When the housekeeper arrived, she was friendly and courteous but above all, very business-like. I was assured there would be a second cleaner coming shortly. We discussed my and my wife's needs and the limits of their time and scope of responsibility. I got the impression this was a typical exchange and that Green Frog ran their business with a semi-corporate, organized approach. My fears of strangers rooting around in my stuff and maybe clumsily breaking things were put to rest.

In the end, our house was cleaned perfectly well, the credit card transaction was simple (given that prior authorization was set up with the office staff) and I was handed a checklist (which would have been nice to see at the beginning) with a cost breakdown and the next appointment set right there.

It was a great experience. But ultimately, it came down to the reaction of my wife, who, when she got home from work and performed her inspection said, "they cleaned the place just like I would." No bigger compliment exists in her repertoire. Thank you, Green Frog Cleaning. We'll be glad to see your return in about a month.

We've been using Green Frog to clean my elderly father's house for several years. Our regular cleaning person, Jaylin, is wonderful. Very friendly, kind and patient with my dad, and does a great job. We also like that the Green Frog staff brings all the cleaning supplies so my dad doesn't have to worry about stocking anything.

Green frog is a wonderful house cleaning service. They are licensed and bonded so you don't have to worry about liability. Their technicians are great and always do a great job. My house is always super clean when they are done. I highly recommend them for cleaning.

Green Frog Cleaning did a first time deep cleaning service of my 2,002 sq. ft home with 4 beds/3 baths. They sent three technicians and completed everything in 3 hours. They were nice, asked what my expectations were, and were able to make time to clean the inside of my fridge (extra service). We did a walkthrough before and after and everything was to satisfaction. Without even asking, they cleaned our white staircase railing and the mats underneath the cat food bowls. Overall, excellent service! Highly recommend and I would use their services again.
