Jessica did an AMAZING job cleaning a really dirty room before my move in. The place is spotless and she was really friendly and quick! Huge thank you to the entire team for getting the cleaning set up very quickly and painlessly.

I had a very good experience with the company process to set up the cleaning. And, Brenda and her colleague did a fantastic job cleaning my home. Every room was spotless, and they paid close attention to the little details that really make a difference. They were professional, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality home cleaning.

We had a dire situation that needed PROFESSIONAL help - and Brightview saved the day, last minute on a holiday weekend no less. Sam helped me find someone to assist me in a massive project: very in depth deep cleaning. And in came Georgianna: the angel who made all my worries go away. She walked in, assessed, had a game plan every step of the way, room to room. Her experience and practical approach turned this seemingly unsurmountable project into an achievable set of tasks. She also gave me tidbits of info - tips and tricks to clean in the future!! I couldn’t have maintained my sanity if it weren’t for Georgianna, that absolute angel. Thank you Brightview for sending us Georgianna!!! She was our saving grace that weekend!! Thank you, Georgianna!!!!

From my first phone call to the completion of the cleaning my experience was great. Pam understood this would be a one time cleaning as we are renting for 2 months and was able to schedule quickly. The young lady who arrived, Sapphire, was friendly, asked questions and went right to getting things done. She did an excellent job. If we ever need this service again I will definitely call Brightview. Thanks for a good experience.

Juliet and her partner showed up for a post construction cleaning. First off, they were very friendly and brought what they needed to do the job. When I returned a few hours later, I thought the house smelled and looked fabulous. The fridge was spotless, every surface was clean (I checked) and the floors no longer had that construction dust everywhere. Highly recommend!

Jacquelin did a great job getting my Home thoroughly clean. Everything looks great and I couldn’t be happier.

I could write a book for how unprofessional and disappointing my cleaning service and experience was. I don’t have the time to explain the details but I believe they outsource the cleaners and the ones that came to my house did not do a good job - to my standards. Here are a few reasons why.
- smelled like cigarettes
- rude
- they wore their dirty outside shoes in my house. I asked if they could wipe the top of my kitchen cabinets and the one cleaner didn’t take off her dirty shoes before stepping on my counter. Her shoes had a gum wrapper or something stuck to it. That was awful.

I sent a text to the lady I was communicating with, her name is Sam. I was not happy with the initial and these were all the things initially wrong. They came back the next day to “finish” the job but it was bad. Again, the cleaners themselves didn’t look professional or clean themselves.

The first cleaner that came had actually brought 3 of her children to sit in front of my house and also had their child use my bathroom inside. I booked a deep clean of the house so I expected 6-8 hours of a cleaning service. Bringing 3 young children, under the age of 10 was not safe or professional. I absolutely got screwed over booking services from this place, waste of money and I could have cleaned my own home 100x better than the cleaners. On top of that, the cleaners left their red bull can and water bottle after the clean. Again, it was unprofessional and disgusting.

I will say, Sam did her best to book another service when the initial cleaner came out and I was not going to have 3 young children waiting for hours outside. But the new cleaners were not appropriate. I have young children of my own and it was important that I had my house deep cleaned. Even though they tried to make it right by having them come back and finish the clean, their “best” cleaners did not meet my standards in clean, and were overall rude and uncomfortable to have in my home. This was my experience to this day, remember how disappointing it was at the end of it all.

I had Vanessa and she was INCREDIBLE ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectation. I did the deep cleaning service at first I thought it was a little pricey but after I walked in when she was done worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY WHEN YOU CALL ASK FOR VANESSA!!!! I will be using this service again and requesting here PHENOMENAL apartment was spotless!

I called, got a quote from Samantha, and today Alex and Kathy came and performed the requested service of deep cleaning two bathrooms and cleaning the kitchen floor. The bathrooms now sparkle and the kitchen floor shines. I will definitely hire them again.

Big house. Really tough job - company worked through some challenges and finished the job. Left a nicely clean house for a move out. Cleaners Beatrice and Jennifer were fantastic!

Brightstar and Leanne were both absolutely amazing! It was all perfect! Such help for MOB this weekend, hosting a few gatherings at our house! 🥰😥

Beatriz and Jennifer did a great job cleaning my home. We are a family of 6 and our home is VERY lived in- they came and made it sparkle! I am so thankful for them and would absolutely recommend them!

Brightview cleaning services were available in a pinch. I called them at 11am and they were there at 1pm, Lita and her husband did such a wonderful job. They were kind, respectful, quick and thorough. Highly recommended this business. Thank you.
