We love Green Frog. Our home looks great after they come. We have four dogs with heavy undercoats, so our house gets to be quite a mess with dog hair no matter how much I try to stay on top of it. Our cleaner Lyanne was thorough, efficient, friendly, and patient about our dogs who bark a bit from the backyard when "strangers" are in the back room. 

We have used Green Frog Cleaning for awhile. They were very accommodating on helping us schedule cleanings around our construction. Jessi is our usual housekeeper and she always does an excellent job.

We had Green Fog out today for our first cleaning and it turned out great! They even did the patio and patio furniture which had some major dust build up. We’ve signed up for the maintenance package and are thankful to have found such a professional and reliable service.

You get what you pay for! Nataly is never late for an appointment and focuses on areas I point out for cleaning with great detail. She is amazing at keeping my house clean once a month. I have used other cleaning services but this one stands out from the rest in terms of quality and professionalism.

Green Frog has always been our go to service when seeking professional cleaning. The level of customer service from start to finish exceeded our expectations. After getting the initial clean on our first time and seeing the great results we knew Green Frog would be the service of choice for any future needs!

We used this company twice and both times had some issues. One of the difficult things with them is getting them to be up front about pricing. The other is the inconsistency of cleaning quality. Our first cleaning was very good with two people. The second with one person was hit and miss what they cleaned. They did not even check with the resident to see if everything looked OK. We know that a lot of cleaning companies have gone out of business since the pandemic or are short handed. Nice people in the office, just be careful if you use this company that you know what you are getting. We are probably moving on to another service.

Green Frog continues to exceed expectations! Carrington is wonderful; her attention to detail is second to none. She's cleaned my home 3 times now and I've been wowed every time. Their cleaning supplies are organic which is another bonus. Give Green Frog a try; you won't be disappointed!

My house was a disaster and I was very embarrassed to even try to deal with it. I had someone staying in my home that was destructive and I was working two jobs and unable to deal with the situation. After throwing the person out of my home I had the destruction to deal with. I am injured and unable to lift anything or use my arms so everything was way out of control. Mary that set up the appointment with Green Frog was wonderful make me feel comfortable and hopeful in a very anxiety filled situation. Mona, Monica and Karen arrived at my home at 8:00am with all of there own supplies and smiles on their faces. They were very friendly and worked hard. Never made me feel uncomfortable for the situation I was in. I have pets and they were even okay with my 1 year old kittens getting nosy up in their business. It is going to take more than one visit to get my house in order but those three ladies made a huge dent in it and I feel a huge relief just knowing that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Today is Saturday, August 6, 2016, they are coming back on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 to continue the work on my home to get it in order. The cost of the cleaning is appropriate, in fact I gave each of the women a tip for all of their kind words and hard work. I am hopeful and feel a sense of relief that I will finally have my home back. If you are looking for someone to work hard with a smile, I would recommend using these women and Green Frog Cleaning. I was so depressed due to my disability feeling without hope and these women have given me a sense of comfort in my own home again. As I said not complete yet, but I am certain that they will complete the job in a timely manner and give me more than I am paying for. If you contract with this company you will not be sorry. Thank God for Green Frog Cleaning, Mona, Monica and Karen---Thank you ladies and God Bless. For the first time in a long time I am starting to breathe again. Hoarder Home Goodbye!!!

I recently moved to San Diego and was looking for a monthly cleaning service for my apartment. I've been using Green Frog Cleaning for 4 months now and highly recommend them. They are professional and do an excellent job. I love getting home to a perfectly clean apartment.

We have used Green Frog for about 18 months and have been very happy with the quality of work. They send 2 cleaners every 3 weeks to clean my 1600 sq ft condo in about 2 hours. This week Jessi and Reyna again exceeded my expectations. Jessi is always coming up with ways to get things cleaner, and sharing them with me so I can do so as well. The service is not inexpensive, but for me it is worth it.

Green Frog did an excellent job cleaning my house. I initially had the deep cleaning service and then signed up for biweekly service. I like the non-toxic cleaning supplies that are used. My house always smells fresh after Green Frog cleans. The company offers a discount if you purchase their cleaning bundles. This is a great option if you plan on setting up maintenance cleaning services. The office staff is very helpful with setting up appointments and are very responsive to any questions or concerns.
