Matt bailed me out of a major issue and installed 4 closet systems, after a flood required my entire property to be rebuilt. My general contractor totally dropped the ball on the closets, and Matt bailed me out big time. He helped lay out the costs and schedule, and completed it on time.

He went above and beyond because he legitimately cares about what he does, and that is a rarity these days.

I'll be using him for some other projects as soon as my rental property becomes available again.

I've hired Matthew to pick- up, assemble and install several pieces of IKEA furniture, (one of which is a combination trundle + storage bed and that would have taken me DAYS of frustration!) He's fixed kitchen cabinets that were sagging and no longer shutting, conceptualized and installed outdoor shade sails for my patio, and modified a custom-desk for my office.

Matthew bids are precise and he works efficiently. Unlike so many others, there are no last minute surprises or padding on his bids. He arrives with all of his own equipment and leaves the work space clean.

This review is long due. I've been meaning to write something for awhile. As a single parent, having someone I can trust is a blessing.

Matt designed and installed a storage system for my office closet. At Matt’s recommendation, we used Ikea kitchen cabinets. These had more configurations and are superior in quality to the Pax units.

Matt installed the system in one long day. I was impressed with his attention to detail. He was also patient as we worked through how to configure the four cabinets.

The system looks great, and I now have a lot more storage space. Plus, we planned for possible future changes by preparing extra hang bars and shelves. I highly recommend Matt for his knowledge and craftsmanship in designing and installing storage solutions.

He is really great at communicating throughout the entire process, and he is very straightforward and direct with everything, which my wife and I really appreciated. Where to start…My wife has seen the IKEA hacks all over social media. Long story short, we found Matthew and he built us much needed storage wardrobes in our master bedroom and a storage unit connected to a desk in our downstairs entryway. The photos don’t do it justice. Matthew was wonderful in all aspects. He communicated exceptionally well. He helped us order everything (he placed the order in store and we simply showed up to pay for it and arrange delivery). He came out to the house to measure and take photos. He even moved an electrical outlet so we can charge devices inside the cabinet (we love a decluttered home). Matthew is knowledgeable about the IKEA products which is what made the difference in us trying to DIY the project (would have been a disaster) vs. having a professional “hack” the look. A lot of the IKEA hacks using certain products were done prior to IKEA changing some of the materials and ways in which they make specific units. Matthew’s knowledge helped is tremendously as the desk drawers are actually a kitchen cabinet and he ordered shelving material (all from IKEA) to match the dark grey color of the pax wardrobe and front kitchen cabinet drawers. It saved us from trying to paint the sides of the pull out drawer cabinet (which based on online tutorials is a challenge). We are beyond happy with the way everything turned out. We wish we had known about Matthew prior to using a closet company in our new home. We know Matthew could have designed and built us an AMAZING master closet. He is reasonably priced and worth every penny.
