The guy says he can only sell to licenced contractors,that's fine. I wonder why they sold me that tankless water heater last year. The guys that work there are on some kind of work release program I think .

They charged me over double the price of the big box stores and probably close to double what Ferguson would have charged me for a run of the mill fitting. Service guy mumbled something about how they dont sell the the public. Well everyone is the public whether they have a contractor license of not. Besides, I have two contractor licenses. I did not even waste my time to point that out as they lost my business anyways.

Daniel and the team at Hirsch La Mesa do a great job taking care of our service and repair plumbing company. They are fast, friendly, knowledgeable and have great prices.

I called E-drains because I have roots in a 3" PVC pipe for draining rain water away from the house. I specifically asked to remove the roots. A friendly young man comes, works on the drain for maybe 20 minutes. He told me he was all done. Being he seemed to be a good guy I gave him a $15 tip and trusted he had done the job. After he left I went to look at the drain. all the roots were still there! The only thing he did was to shoot some water up it in order to wash the debris out. I could not get him to come fix it or to refund me. I even said he could keep $200 and refund me the remaining $400 and no hard feelings. Nothing... I guess I should have known better and checked his work before he left but he seemed like such a good kid I trusted him.

He said we had a broken pipe and that was why he couldn't clear the line. Said they could fix it the next morning for fifteen hundred dollars. He told me that the broken pipe was in an exact location. I dug it up the next day and no broken pipe. I was also able to run a cheapy snake all the way back to the bathroom swear the plug is at.

E drains was very easy to work with. Edy and his team are top notch professionals. They did excellent work in a speedy manner. They were very competitive on pricing. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I called Eddie at 9 PM when the bathtub started backing up. He was at our house the next day with tools in hand ..he cleared the drain, cleaned up everything, and was done in half an hour. Eddie is professional, timely, polite, clean, and he does a great job! Would highly recommend E-Drains to anyone needing a great Plumber!

Excellent service! We needed a bathtub drain unclogged. The tech who came was very friendly, professional, clean, and he was in and out in 15 minutes. The price for service was great. Well worth everything. They are definitely my new plumber when needed.

Our service technician Ruben was very cool, respectful and professional. We had a simple issue of a blocked toilet that required an auger/snake remedy and it was handled quickly. Happy to have the issue resolved.
