Edy was awesome. Arrived on time and was very professional. He cleaned the drain quickly. And even though he offered additional services, there was no high pressured sales. I will go back to E-Drains for any future plumbing needs.

Edy and his team came to my rescue with a broken sewer line right before the holidays. They were professional and worked long hours to get my plumbing going again. They were very professional and understanding of my situation. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Reuben did a thorough job of showing me the camera view of all my drains lines during one episode and the next day used water jetting to further clear some lines during another episode. He was much more thorough and knowledgeable than an incompleted other jet water company. I wish I had known of E-Drains first. It would have saved me lots of money.

edy was awesome. Every time that I call him he always shows up on time to save the day It doesn’t matter the area that I am he’s always there and less than an hour. There’s no other Plumber like him. They come out. Get the job done I even called him. He could help me to install the window. The water was coming in because of the rain he showed up and blessed me. There is no other guy like him.

Edy came to my house to diagnose a backup in the pipe leading to the sewer in my front yard. Edy was very professional, courteous, and just a nice guy. He encouraged me to watch the process, showing me the root growth that was the problem on his video feed. Edy, Francisco and Ernesto did a fabulous job. What was supposed to be a two toilet replacements became a bit bigger project than anticipated, and Edy communicated with me every step of the way. They performed work quickly, they were so polite and professional. Cleanup was amazing! I would definitely use E-Drain again!

Had an issue and called Edy out on a Sunday. He diagnosed the issue which turned out to be bigger than expected. He and his team fixed the issue within 24 hours.

He was extremely communicative throughout the process and sent updates at every step. He cleaned up afterwards and it was as if he was never there.

Had these guys come out for a clog. They had to pull the toilet to run the snake. They hit a clog and told me I needed to install a 2 way clean out right where the clog was (pointed it out in my driveway where it needed to go). They weren't able to fix the clog, and quoted me $2500 for the clean out. Two days later I had another company come out to give me a second opinion, and they pointed out that there already was a clean out literally 3 ft away from where E-Drains said they wanted to install one. The second plumber also let me know that e-drain did not reinstall my toilet properly and that it is leaking "really badly" into my crawl space, and had been for the last two days. So far I am not impressed with their technicians. Customer service has been helpful however, and I am hopeful they will have someone out soon to fix the improperly installed toilet.

Update 11/13/25: tech came back and was very apologetic and wanted to make things right. He reinstalled the toilet, and double checked that there was no leakage. He asked if there was anything else he could do to make things right, and was willing to help with a tub spout that has been giving me trouble, but hasn't been bad enough to call a plumber out for yet. He came back later today to install the new spout and the install seems to be working well and looks good. He was also very interested in what the other plumbers found so he could learn what the discrepancy between the visits was. Office/customer service has also been very helpful in resolving this issue.

We have used E-Drains on several occasions here in Mt. Helix (91941) and have been very happy with each service. Never felt any pressure and always got to see what was happening. Edy or his team not only honored their warranty on my sewer line, but also showed up at 7am on a Monday morning to deal with a clogged toilet, knowing my senior parents and family would be up and in need of the bathrooms in the morning. Pricing was better than big names plumbers/etc and service was quicker. We really appreciate Edy and the E-Drains team!

We had to have alot of sewer pipe replaced. We met with Rubin who set everything up. Then we met up with Edy and Ray. They explained everything they needed to do which included hand digging a tunnel under slab to replace alot of pipe. That saved all our new kitchen flooring and brand new tile in front bathroom. Ray worked non stop. Such a hard worker. They were all very respectful and kept us up to date everyday. We used Cobra plumbing for years and E Drains bought Cobra. So I was very nervous having someone new. They are very trustworthy and honest. They will now have all our plumbing bussiness. Thank you to all of you and thank you Ray for all your hard work.

Edgar was absolutely fabulous!! He was quick, efficient, and professional. Wore shoe coverings and gloves without my asking and unclogged the toilet within minutes. Highly recommend him and this business.

E-Drains office calls were professional. Had set an appointment but they had an emergency somewhere and rebooked. Luckly received a call from EDGAR and showed up in 20 mins. He thoroughly did full maintenance on my tankless water heater and made sure all lines were clean. Showed me before and after he drained them and the difference was remarkable. I've had two major plumbing jobs done with this company – – one of them involved tree roots Massively invading Pipes. I had great experiences both times. The crew were courteous, efficient, responsive. They kept to the promised times and fielded any surprises along the way seamlessly. Communication was great and clean-up was amazing. For the first job, I only remember Rubin and not the other workers' names. For this last job it was Edy , Francisco and Ernesto. I would highly recommend E-Drains to anyone!

The toilet base began leaking slightly which worried me. The plumber resealed the base and stopped the leak.

The shower faucet started leaking around the handle area. Their technician opened the fixture and replaced the worn seal. After reassembling everything he tested the water flow. The leak is gone.

Shower drain started releasing unpleasant odor occasionally. I contacted this drain cleaners for cleaning. The technician flushed the pipe and cleaned the trap. Odor disappeared.
