So deceptive! Because the owner is personable and pleasant, you ALMOST don't realize he charged 2 1/2 times the going community standard to change out 4-5 ft. of piping and clear away very minimal drainage - over $5000. When he wanted an additional almost $6000 to replace 20 ft of piping, I had 2 separate, independent, experienced, well-thought of in the community, licensed plumbers look at the job. They both independently came up with the same results. I hired one of them to complete it for over $2000 less.

Blocks the whole lane in the home depot parking lot, I get it dude everyone has a job to do but lets think about others and not just yourself. Sat in your van and watched this sweet old man try to get out of his parking space 1 of the 5 spaces you blocked and then you didnt even move for him, Hopefully your work is better than your parking.

Awesome and quick work by Edy gave me the piece of mind knowing our drain would be perfectly fine! The communication when setting up appointment was great! They text to keep me up-to-date and receiving a call from Edy to give me a heads up when he would be arriving was the best! Allowed me to go about my day before my appointment! I had a camera inspection done on my main cast iron sewer line in 2024. I got 3 bids after I removed tree that had caused problem not to mention house was built in 1959 and cast iron doesn't last forever. Edy kept in contact with me until I had him replace the line just this past week. I chose E-Drains based on the honesty and integrity that Edy displayed. He gave me options on the different ways we could proceed with said job. He was actually the middle bid of the 3 that I got. His reviews and his meeting with my wife and myself sealed the deal. I was amazed at how skillful and fast his workers were. They were like a well oiled machine. They even found a drain line from my back yard that had been crushed by a tree root. It was uncovered when digging trench for sewer line and they replaced it. They go above and beyond and I would truly recommend them to anyone. E-Drains are fantastic. We have been looking for someone to snake our roof drains And Deck Drains for years finally found not only someone the best one for the job highly recommend them.

Ruben performed work in a resonable amount of time. He was professional and thorough. Cleanup was superb, and he left no traces that he was ever there. I would not hesitate to use E-Drain again.

Eddy was great to find out that out kitchen pipe had collapsed underground. The crew came in next day on time and tore up flooring, walls, concrete, etc., and replaced piping. Then put it all back together in one day and kept everything contained. Then they flushed system. Couldn't even tell this was done. Great job!

Installed a SpringWell water filtration and conditioner system.The person doing the scheduling was quick to respond when I needed to reschedule. It was challenging to find someone to take on this project, but E-drains did a great job. It was a complicated project, but the technician prepared well by reviewing the manufacturer's installation materials in advance and contacting me to get video/photos of the installation area a few days prior to arriving. Since installation required items not typically used, I offered to purchase & procure them myself (in addition to him purchasing some items elsewhere that I couldn't find). The technician sent me a list and returned the unused materials at the end of the job. I greatly appreciated his honesty, as the copper materials were very expensive and I know he could've sold them for profit and I never would've known. The integrity of the technician impressed me greatly! The filter and conditioner have been working well. Highly recommend!

Edy was awesome! I bought a Mic Century home in 2021 and have had consistent issues with backed up main line and it had been a nightmare. I have had The White Glove Guys , Anderson Plumbing and Heating, and others both big and small companies come out however none had been able to permanently fix my issues with our plumbing. Edy came out and within 30 mins was smart enough to figure out the root of our problem and not just unclog the Main Line. Not only did Edy fix our issue he was EXTREMELY reasonable and professional in the manner in which he handled the situation. I will forever be grateful to E-Drains and Edy for such great Customer Service in this space . I will recommend E-Drains to all my Friends and Family on a go forward . Great job Edy !

I had a very positive experience with E Drains. Edy walked me through the process and every one of his workers were so professional & went over & above what I had expected. Never left anything not cleaned up & made it as easy as possible.

Recommended I hydro jet my cast iron main line, blew a hole and cracked my line, charged me 750 for leaving me worse off then before. Tried to get a refund and then had a horrible experience with customer service. Where they posted my address and personal info online.

I had one drain that had been draining slowly, then on Saturday another drain completely clogged. Edy and crew came out quickly after I contacted them, were on time, very friendly and professional, and kept the space clean while working. They managed to clear both obstructions - turned out to be roots, hydro-jetted the drains and did a free camera inspection which found some damage in my pipe and help me identify all my options without pressuring me to have them do the work.
I was very happy with them and will call them next time I have a drain problem - hopefully not for a while.

Ruben and Edy were awesome plumbers. They came out at a very short notice and worked late at night to help unclog our water back up issue. Ruben was helpful in identifying the issue of our kitchen and laundry blockage. They both did an amazing job of clearing the blockage and cleaning up any residue from the plumbing. They verified that our laundry and kitchen draining is clear and running down to the sewer line better than before. They even went above and beyond in helping to make sure our laundry hoses were fastened properly to avoid any leaks.

As a licensed plumbing contractor since 1988 (CSLB 542810) I have relied on these guys for the tough side of plumbing; drain work. As I am a new construction/remodel expert, I don't have the equipment or expertise for what they do. When situations arise needing such E Drains is my go to. As a professional in the trade since 1983, I believe E Drains are the honest go to vs many others who advertise heavily. Obviously in this trade, old materials are generally beyond repair and replacement is the best choice. Old disintegrated piping is a crapshoot at best to clear
